Hey Titleist on your routines mentioned in this thread, how much time do you space between your 3 hourly sets? Did you jelq or massage between sets? And you stay in the tube for the full hour with no breaks? What temperature is your heat pad roughly and do you swap it out to reheat or is it electric? How much past your BPEL did you go in the pump? Lastly did you have a tube where you mostly packed in or did you have room on the side walls for expansion?

Thanks!

Understand that using a pump for hours needs to be worked up too for years in my opinion. The narrower the cylinder the more pressure and explanation on the glands so discretion should be advised. Everyone’s body is different, understand that. Using a larger cylinder can target different expansion. The heat pad works use it; when it’s to much heat slide it off and then put it back on and continue. Constant heat without pain is all your looking for. Reheat if needed. I can’t speak for T but my desired length is always past or at my BPEL. Working up to that should be done slowly within time.

Time in between was about 15 minutes of edging. Yes with no breaks. I have an electric heating pad. Anything past my BPEL while under vacuum I considered a win. The cylinder allows for girth expansion for about 1.5 hours and then it’s packed.

Do you also do your pumping workout every single day or do you have a number of days per week you follow?

When you first started were you able to pass your BPEL immediately in the tube or did it take a while(months)?

It took a while. Then it happened most of not always.

I just bought a bathmate hydroxtreme after having 13 months of very, very consistent PE. I’m having no issues! It is working great for me. I have had it for 3 weeks. The first week and a half I had to figure out the learning curve. But at this point now I feel like I have it more dialed in.

My routine right now is
(1)clamping 2 sets 7 min,
40 jelqs
(2)Rest day
(3)3 sets of ~5- ~7min of Pump, 2nd 3rd set with cock ring. 40jelqs
(4) manual stretch 25 min. 40

This is a basically the nature of my cycle. Some days the rest day gets reassigned.

So what I’m asking is would it be a good idea to experiment with longer times in the pump? Do you have any insight for a beginner pumper?

It looks like your starting out properly. The only downside is you don’t know what level of vacuum you’re using.

Just to remind new pumpers. Pumping is not or is any PE a fast track to gains. It takes time and commitment to get gains. There is no quick or short cuts to the finish line.

How long did it take you?

Difficult to remember. I’d guess over a year.

I have noticed after reading this thread and moving from a 2.0 cylinder to a 2.25 cylinder. I am not getting any blisters on my head with 5 hg pump session 2x 60 constant heat - minutes session. I have a lot of edema but I can live with that over any blisters.

Just dropping a reply so I can follow this thread. I had the same thought of using a tube that I already pack out to solely focus on length. I’ll let ya’ll know how it goes.
