Packed tube pump for length gains

It’s easy to over do it when pumping. Like Titliest said everyone is different.

I took a 2 week break over xmas due to softer erections (on the advice of titliest). Naturally.my stiffer hard ons came back and then I old school jelqued for 10 days but only 2-3 times a week. I measured last week and my nbpel which I have never measured (whilst doing pe) is over 6 inches and before I started PE it was 5.75 inches since I could remember.

I am back to pumping this week and over 7 inches in the tube when before xmas I was 7 inches exactly.

What’s the best way to pack the base?
Sometimes I find that it packs around the base with little skin but I don’t get a large suction at the base and other times it packs the skin around the pubic area which feels more internal and pulls harder.

Do you try to get the pump to pull more internally or just the exterior surface?

A packed tube refers to the girth reaching the sides of the tube.

I have one size tube that is just slightly over my current girth. In theory since the girth reaches the sides quickly it can focus the suction on increasing length.

Small tubes cause blisters because there more pressure on the glans

I don’t use small tubes anymore lol

With the seal on the Velseal, it provides comfort with no blood flow restriction. It doesn’t impeded the opening to the cylinder.

This is probably a good place to ask this question. I know girth gains from pumping are very temporary. But what about length gains? Is it true that the length gains from pumping are permanent?

Just wondering how you got on with using the narrower packed tube for length?

Reason being that I’ve been experimenting a bit with pumping the past month or so, and now making a strategy for the new year. What I’ve been wondering is whether it’s going to be more efficient to use more pump time in my narrower tube (which I pack after 15 to 30 mins depending on the day, packed all the way to the glans), or to switch to half of the time in the larger tube. I’ve been doing around an hour at low pressure (3” Hg) and when packed I’ve done some short high pressure bursts which tends to pull the shaft forward well (I lube up very well) - if staying in the narrow tube, then it tends to stay at the longer pulled length after a while, so surely this must be effective where basically the shaft is held in an elongated and expanded state for a long period of time (while limiting fluid build up)? When I switch up to the larger tube, at that point I put a kind of silicone sleeve 2” long behind glans (I’m uncut, so if I don’t do that the foreskin takes on fluid) and then the shaft expands more, but I do wonder if this second expansion is more fluid build up rather than blood expansion in the relevant parts of the penis. So would be good to know your results…

Hi guys, I’m have been pumping with bathmate and vacuum pump a while (like 1 year or more) and I only cement girth gains with high pressure Hg with max of 15 min sessions before the foreskin gets full of fluid.

How I can achieve more length without buying a narrower diameter tube? I have a normal tube with 2.75 inches. Please only true proved techniques.

There is no way to pump yourself longer unless you have a fitted tube. Packing the tube allows you to go deeper. Go and read the thread from the beginning. You may be able to use a compression sleeve or something to restrict shaft expansion, but I am not sure how that would work…

I often wonder if I should size down from my 2 inch cylinder to 1.75 inch. Currently I pack the 2 inch within 45 minutes of my hour session. I also see a slight stretch to 17-18 cm in the tube by this time. Should I go down in size or just put in multiple sessions?

Any one have advice on this?
