I’ve been pumping sin Feb/Mar.

What I’m noticing is a better hang that lasts more and more. My erections are also getting stronger. They seem to be better the day after I pump as well.

I jelq and pump and take supplements like arginine. I think the pump has taken everything to a new level.

Gains become permanent because you pump on a daily basis, personally I highly doubt they would stay if you would stop for let’s say, months. There is also the downside where your EQ becomes a little spongy from the fluid build up.

I honestly believe clamping is way better and safer if done non-extreme way. Not to mention is easily doable everywhere with a simple cable clamp and free 10 minutes.

We will appreciate if you could be a little more patient next time.

Could you recommend what you consider the amount of daily pumping one should do for maximum results relative to time invested? Is there an amount of time per day where you feel there are diminishing returns, for example, and/or an amount that you need to do a minimum of in order to get long-term gains? I got a half inch girth from pumping, years ago. Seems plenty permanent to me. As far as hours and a routine, you need to flesh that out for yourself. Everyone is different, Someone else program may be too little, or too much for you. You start slow, and find where the sweet spot is for you.

I gained good amount of girth from pumping and most likely cemented it with clamping.

I pumped 20 minutes in the morning at 5 hg and again at night, 5 or 6 days a week. I also did a 45 minute session at 4 hg once a week.

Very impressive gains. Just out of curiousity, were your gains contemporaneous with your use of PGE1 and had you used PGE1 for years previously without gains?

I find my erection is 0.7 inches longer in the pump than outside, that has to count for something. Hoping to gain length from pumping since I don’t have to fear injuries of other PE methods.

I have gotten at least 2 cm in length and maybe 1 cm in girth from my BM alone(I know it’s not popular on here but it Works for me)and took several months off and kept it all.

Might invest in a air pump with a gauge too so I have a Choice but so far I’ve gotten better results using my BM.

FYI only talking from personal experience here so it’s not set in stone.
