Penis Base Bulged out during Vacuum Pumping

Can I still do JELQ as my Penis is a base ball bat shape?

The jelquing will continue to increase the baseball bat effect, so if you don’t mind it, yes continue.

IF you don’t like it, you need to switch to something like pumping, or stretching or hanging or clamping.

Baseball bat is a good thing. Go with it, but I would pump also.

Yesterday, I have noticed that base of my penis plus pubic hairs area NOW are expending/bulging out like a inflated balloon instead of penis expansion, while doing vacuum pumping. I don’t know, what has happen, every thing was fine a day before. Can someone please help me to solve this issue?

I’m having a difficult time figuring out what you mean by “bulging out”. Are you talking about INSIDE the tube? If so, this is what we call “packing the tube”. It is completely normal, and nothing to be concerned about. Most (if not all) guys find they “pack the tube” at the base, before they “pack the tube” further down the length of the penis.
