Thanks mate. Previously i used a bathmate orientated routine but switched to air as the bathmate was getting old. My eq has been great and I’ve gained 0.75bpel so far in 18months but things are really slowing up now. 4hg feels perfect and 5hg feels ok for just 5mins of the last set. I was thinking of adding 1 extra 5min set at 5hg but I’m not too sure yet. Girth is what i really want being 7.35x4.85meg

Like I said before I am looking for length first ( I have a feeling that length is harder to achieve for thicker people ) I will be concentrating entirely on girth in a little while, all my experiment have been mostly on gaining length. But from what I’ve experienced so far pumping too hard, will only help with length, if girth is what your looking for just add more time to the routine. As for the exact pressure, I just ordered a pump from the awesome thickwall cylinders web site. Can’t wait to get it and see at how much I actually pump ?! I’ve been pumping in my bath with a normal pump.. Having to order a new one because it was getting too short !!

I also use silicone cockring, for stretching so it gets me just a little bit pumped I can than pull on to the head better..

Not sure why you’d want to add to that so early on. Stay the course. Pumping takes weeks/months to see th lasting benefit. Many give up on it because they rush the process or injured.

Picodon i wear leather strap type cock ring for edging and all day in fact. I find it prevents shrinkage in this cold weather and my flaccid is much bigger/longer now. I wear it loose so it can only really constrict once 50+% erect. Its made a big difference.

I worked up to 30 minutes per set. I find much longer than that, the returns aren’t as great. It doesn’t matter what positon you’re in as long as you’re erect, under vacum and heat.

I got carried away this week and lost E.Q. By Friday and so I backed off and will rest a week.

Lesson learned.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Well from my short experience with heat is that you should be able to bare it so not hot burning but hot enough to actually start feeling the penis tissue getting softer. It feels like a marshmallow.

Surpassing your pressure tolerance definitely impacts EQ. You’ll be back to normal after your break.
