Thanks mate. Previously i used a bathmate orientated routine but switched to air as the bathmate was getting old. My eq has been great and I’ve gained 0.75bpel so far in 18months but things are really slowing up now. 4hg feels perfect and 5hg feels ok for just 5mins of the last set. I was thinking of adding 1 extra 5min set at 5hg but I’m not too sure yet. Girth is what i really want being 7.35x4.85meg
