I started PE exactly 1 month ago. My routine involves stretching, jelqing and pumping. I have gained 0.25in length and 0.3in girth in that time. Most of that gain was in the first couple of weeks, and my impression is that it was mostly due to pumping. If you’re a newbie and have never done pumping I bet you’ll see some gains pretty quickly. So give it a go and see for yourself. Just be careful - don’t go far over 5inHg initially until you start to get to know your own limits.
I use an air pump with gauge, battery operated pump, and quick pressure release. Its easy to use, precise, and fun. I find when I’m pumped up I’m more sensitive as well - even more fun. Most of the gains from pumping are temporary, but there is always little bit of gain which is permanent I think. I know absolutely I have gained both from measurements, from how far I reach on the scale when in the pump, and just from look and feel.
My routine is to pump in roughly 1-2 min cycles, going to higher pressures each time until my size in the pump starts to decrease. At that point I know I’m getting flaccid. So I take it out and massage it back to full hardness. Then start pumping again. I find after the first pump I can usually gain more by quickly releasing the pressure while Kegeling, and then increasing the pressure again. I keep doing this until I stop gaining inside the pump. Then I’ll ‘milk’ my cock with the pump - this involves pulling on the pump slightly while Kegeling. This produces even more gain in the pump. Again, I keep doing this until my size starts to decrease, and then I know I’m getting flaccid again. So take it out, get back to full hardness and keep going. The max pressure I’ve used so far is 12inHg, for about 20 seconds.
I find its best to be fully hard when entering the pump. If you enter the pump even slightly soft, you’ll need more pressure to get to the same size. Basically, you get the best stretch when you’re completely hard.
I recently started taking Arginine, 0.5g pills, about an hour or two before a PE session or sex. They really seem to work - they make you harder for longer. If I take one before going to sleep I’ll often wake up with a massive woody that won’t go down for ages. And they keep me hard during sex for as long as I want (I’m 45, so keeping it up for the duration is sometimes an issue). And they’re great for pumping as well - I can keep cycling the pressure and using the pump for ages before I know I’ve maxed out and its time to stop. Highly recommended.
