People Saying Pumping Isn’t Safe

I bought a bathmate recently and eventually I found out they aren’t very smart to use because they have no pressure gauge. Here pretty soon I plan on buying an air pump from Dr. Joel Kaplans website which has a pressure gauge. I’ve read up on the internet and a lot of websites are saying pumping is dangerous. I obviously know it’s dangerous if you overpump, but is it still dangerous if you don’t overpump and do it correctly? Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question and if it was long winded. Just trying to be sure.

Yes, you can hurt yourself with a penis pump. That’s absolutely true.

On the other hand, as long as you start at a reasonably low vacuum and time - like 3” for 10 minutes - and then work your way up a bit at a time, it’s perfectly safe. The limits of how much vacuum and time people can tolerate varies widely; 3/10 is generally accepted as safe. Some men can take a lot more, but they had to work up to it, too.

You can blow out blood vessels with clamps, tear your urethra jelquing, cause blisters with vacuum hangers, and cause various kinds of damage with compression hangers. You have to start easy and work up.

You can buy cylinders from lots of places that sell cylinders and you can buy a good quality pump on amazon if you search for brake bleeder pump. You’d likely end up with a better setup than a Joel Kaplan pump and cylinder.

Yes, but the cylinder would have to be specific to my size.

Ok thx

If you get a small amount of red dots sometimes is that really that bad. Like will that slowly destroy your penis. The only times I’ve really noticed red dots is when I’ve done something wrong.

Yes. Unlike the bathmate. Here’s how to pick a cylinder

I think I will probably just go with Dr Joel Kaplan’s pump because you just enter your length and girth and they pretty much figure it out for you. I don’t wanna accidentally get the wrong size.

I don’t see how you could get the wrong size after reading this thread. It’s not like kaplan tailor make you a cylinder. They do the same thing this thread does for you. Plus, you’re going to need new cylinders, you might as well gain knowledge on how to do that.

I used to have a pump by Dr. Joel Kaplan and they give you a guide. I remember it said 2 Hg for like 10 minutes and then 4 Hg for 3 more minutes starting out. Although I could be off on the times. Does that sound pretty good to you?

Correct. I found thunders because I became injured with a bathmate. I now hang 7lbs and clamp my dick. Totally inconceivable things at one time. My afb (compressiin style) geta tightened more than I thought posssible but just as Bib has described its counterintuitive yet here I an as proof. The tighter actuall has more blood flow to the head and I can stay in the hanger for 25 min and as soon as the hanger comes off its a gloriois pink again. I haf to very very slowly build to this scenarii and over a few.months had many twinges and slight growing pains and just plain getting used to the whole scenario. This idea of PE is not hard, but finding it out for yoirself is extremely difficult.IMO. why? Because of the sensatiins and feelings of pleasure we have associated with oir dicks.

Id not reccomend the bathmate mainly because the actiin of pressing it against your pubic area has many problems associated.

Start easy and work slow. If you feel any weird sensatiin stop.

I really don’t understand this 3-5 hg measuring thing. Don’t you have a mm/in hg gauge?

What mmhg pressure should I use?

7.1 x 5.1 and growing! Final goal: seeking celebrity:) ) 8x6

The outside numbers on ypur gauge pic starts and 0 and ends at -30. That is inHg. The inside of your gauge is mmHg and starts at 0 and ends at -760.

-30 inHg = -760 mmHg.

Read the outside of the gauge to find 5 inHg.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG
