To get back to the thread, I do think water pumping is for life. I’m 40 and now using water pumping for life if not for PE then for EQ. If you keep pumping at min 1 or 2 times a week for life, I’m 99% sure you will keep all your gains from when you stopped your PE routine.
Yes I’m with you. I didn’t add that to my comment, but since I frame my practice of pumping for health first and gains a welcome second, then pumping for life seems the way to go.
I also second that a minimum maintenance of one or two times a week once you’ve reached your goals is a way to maintain your gains and a healthy unit.
