Petechiae Even With Low Pressure

I suspect from experimenting with a substance that causes angiogenesis that immature capillaries rupture more easily. However, this effect didn’t show up with all the substances of that line I tried topically, only the one I think was most effective based on studies into it (though I haven’t found any reason to believe it aids PE after many months of testing, though there could be reasons why it didn’t work in my case). I can’t be sure there wasn’t some other cause and the spots did not continue to appear after a few days, only after the initial application. [I think capillary formation is mostly done after 14 days, but that’s an emerging field and I don’t think that’s a known, least of all for a specific tissue like the penis or the skin of the genitals (which is unique)].

If blood thinners have been eliminated as a cause (which could be accidental exposure, not just deliberate ingestion), there are still hematological conditions that could contribute to abnormal capillary rupture. It seems unlikely someone wouldn’t have noticed they have such a condition as an adult though.

In my case, I don’t have any hematological known question. I have even did some surgeries with no problem.

Just to report some more findings. I pump about twice a day now, 15 minute sessions with hot water in the tube, few minutes warm up if I have the chance. I do have a gauge but cannot always use it so normally will suck the air out myself and have a water trap to avoid water flows in my mouth and nose, I suspect about 3 to 4 “HG is reached every time. I pump 6 days with Sunday as a resting day. Red spots occur and increase slowly during the week. Overnight they heal about 80% and after the Sunday break they are gone completely. I’m now 4 weeks in so I expect that the red spots will decrease over time. For now they are a good indicator of how far I can go. Rest of my dick seems to handle it pretty well so as soon as the red spots start to decrease I can think about increasing length of session or increase pressure. For now I’m having a good time, patiently building up those gains. Soon have another measurement (3rd one and will do one each month) . Fingers crossed for some good results :D . I’ll keep you guys posted!

You make the vacuum sucking the cylinder with your mouth?

How do you maintain the vacuum? Do you have a valve or something?

I’m pumping very light. Two to three times a week, since petechiae continues to show up.

Thank you. Really helpful. I’m a little affraid of pumping because my EQ is varying. Very good in some days, not so good in other.

I think it hasn’t direct relation to pumping, but another stuff in my life: weight gain, stress, bad diet, lack of sexual attraction…

Some times I just can’t get my penis hard to introduce the cylinder. It causes me anxiety and it sucks.

Without the pressure of the situation, I can easily get hard.

So I’m a little bit lost and frustrated.

And the god damn peteachiae insists to show up.

No, I release the hose from the cylinder as soon as I reach the preferred pressure. In case you can’t reach the desired pressure with one try just disconnect and rest your breath and connect again for the second time. You do need a cylinder with quick release connection, otherwise you cannot do this. Check thickwall or leluv website to see what I mean.

I stop pumping for two days whenever they appear, but this makes it difficult to make progress in packing. It feels like I’m always “resetting” and starting back at square one when this happens

Also, I did not notice this issue in my 2” cylinder. It’s the 2.25” that seems to give me burst capillaries every time. It’s a shame because I’m eager to size up

Is this petechiae causing lasting damage? I’m not sure how to avoid them and I don’t want to cause my member any harm

How bad are the spots?
Are they all over the place?
Centralized to an area?
Large or small, like pencil lead or a pencil eraser?
What kind of tube-lube do you use?
What other kinds of PE do you do?
Have you heard of a fire roll?
How long have you been doing this?

You could be over thinking it. If they’re just little ones, like you dotted yourself with a red pen, I’d just move on and let them heal, in use. Stopping and restarting, is just chasing your tail. Healing to burst all over again. I almost always get a few, maybe 10 so tiny dots on my circumcision scar; when starting back from rest, but they’re gone within a few hours. I don’t see them again until restarting after my next rest period. As long as they’re not itching or getting worse, and you’re well conditioned, I wouldn’t worry about it.

If they’re large, like a pencil eraser or bigger, you might need to find another form of mechanical PE. Pumping doesn’t work for everyone.

If you really wanna know when and why:
Restart your pump routine from scratch. Do 1x10 for a week. 1x15 for a week. 1x20 for a week. If there’s no negative PI’s, go to 2x10 for a week. Keep adding time and sets like this until negative PI’s return. Then back off to the last session that didn’t cause problems. That’s your limit. This will also offer conditioned characteristics to your dick. Working it up to longer times and pressure.

That’s why someone else’s routine doesn’t mean “jack shit” to anyone but themselves. If you went straight to some of my routines, without conditioning and working up to it, you’d probably break it.

The key to pumping, and most PE for that matter, is a lot of patience, and working low and slow to get where you want to be. Don’t rush it. Get there safely and keep everything, even your gains.

Thanks so much for this thorough response, it’s really helpful. I’m going to start doing exactly as you’ve said — 1x10, 1x15, and so on, until I get readjusted

The dots are small, like a red pen, and they appear on my inner foreskin. I know that burst blood vessels are never a good thing, but how harmful are they really? I’m a little bit concerned about lasting damage

Petechiae just appeared faster and darker than ever after only two 10 minute sets at 3Hg

This is a bit disheartening. Any lower than 3Hg and my pump won’t create enough suction to stay in place or create/keep an erection

I’m usually able to pump for hours at a time, so I’m confused as to why these burst capillaries are suddenly an issue

How long have you been pumping for hours? If you’re new to pumping, it’s probably just now catching up. You’re damaging it little by little, but faster than it can repair itself.

How’d you get back to 2 sets so fast? It’s only been a week. That should be week 4 at least, when conditioning from scratch…

Have you tried fire rolls? It’s a bit late, the discoloration is there until it heals now. If you catch it right after a set, maybe even a full session, it can be reduced or avoided entirely.

I hate to say it, but if you want it gone, leave it alone for 2 to 3 weeks to heal, and start over. Slowly next time. Do some manuals once in a while to keep the blood exchanged while it heals.

Hello all,

I’m getting them, albeit very small, with 5-7mm Hg 20 minutes per day, changing from daily to every other. I don’t do much warm up, and tend to pump a little to get in the cylinder. I consume a lot of fish oil, which seems to thin the blood. I took some days off after seeing them, but it seems like I was smaller after doing so, so I don’t know if this is indicative of minor trauma, or that I was making more gains pumping more consistently. Some seem to think you should let them heal completely, others think it’s very minor. Currently only pumping, mainly for erection quality, and I’ve had much better and consistent morning erections. First started a couple years ago with a cheap bulb pump that was pretty effective but outgrew it, then moved to a Penomet because I was told the water creates more even pressure, but stopped due to being advised to use a gauge, and now using a LeLuv or similar.
