Petechiae Even With Low Pressure

Hello folks,

I’ve been pumping for about 15 days (3 on 1 off) and even with low pressure (1 to 2 hg) my penis has shown tiny red spots (petechiae) on the shaft.

Petechiae disappear in a day or two.

I have been using heat for about five minutes before the session. During the session, I place the thermal bag over the tube, but because I don’t have a heat pad, I can’t apply constant heat.

I do 5 minutes sessions interspersed with some jelqs/massage or 20 minutes uninterrupted, always with low pressure, like I said.

Can anyone give me tips on how to avoid petechiae?

Thanks in advance.

Terry

I see you’re doing a 3on/1off schedule.

1-2 hg is very low. I don’t have any advice but I am curious.

Are the red spots showing up on the first work day after your rest day?

Are you taking any blood thinning supplements or aspirin? If you are taking supplements and you don’t know if they can thin your blood, just google each one to find out.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Good call.
Also, want to ask how long have you been pumping?
Does the spotting fully disappear on rest days, or are they only fading but not completely disappearing?
Is it possible to use water with your current pump?

Yes. In every session.

No sir. I don’t take any medicine.

I’m pumping for about 20 days.

The spots fully disappear in 1 or 2 days.

My pump is that one on the link below. I don’t think it is possible to use water with it.

Awesome, so a couple of things from my perspective;

While ‘spotting’ should be avoided its also not a sign of a more serious issue and could take anywhere from 1-3 months? maybe to condition to the point where this is no longer an issue. As you’re only 20 or so days in I would say don’t panic yet.

Secondly, since the spots are staying for those 1 or 2 days I would suggest waiting for them to disappear fully and maybe even an additional day past before doing another session; for example 1day pump -> 2days off with spotting -> 1day off-post spotting -> 1day pump
and repeat. Again I think slowly conditioning over time may help, but if your over-eager you risk making them a regular occurrence and thus other side effects such as discoloration.

And lastly, if you have a car parts place or easy access online, look into ordering/buying a water trap for brake bleeding. It can be easily attached to your current setup and allow the use of water. Water gives the heat and a bit more density that I believe can help slow the effects of spotting and edema.

I also would like to point out that while spots are not something we should ever strive to see when pumping or even be content with, its also not a ‘huge’ problem so to speak. Obviously avoid them if you can, but at the end of the day, the main things we should focus on are PI’s, EQ’s and no pain or numbness. I still get minor spotting randomly depending on the day, but its almost never a cause for concern when everything else is as it should be.

Thank you very much for your thoughtful and detailed answer. It is very comforting.

As recommended by you, I will give an extra day after spots disappear to do the next pumping session.

I’ve searched for the device you mentioned, but I didn’t find anything. Could you, please, send a link of the product?

I’m very careful with my PI and my EQ and at the ,besides the tiny spots, I’m not feeling anything out of the ordinary. Everything is ok.

I will report the progress in this topic.

See ya.

Glad to hear it, its good to be cautious and always listen to your body. But let us know how it goes over the next couple weeks.

HiMISS Hand Held DIY Brake Fluid Bleeder Tools Vacuum Pistol Pump Tester Kit Aluminum Pump Vacuum Gauge|Engine Care| - AliExpress

I grabbed an Aliexpress link since you have used them but again if there is a Car Parts store near you or online that ships to your area they may have this. The part itself is the plastic cup and tubbing included with the pump, which can be added to the pump like so::

This creates a trap for water if you choose to pump with water.

I saw. Very simple setup. I will verify locally. If it is not available, I will order from Ali.

Thanks again for you all concerns.

Just to update, I inform you that in my yesterday pumping session, I paid close attention to the heat and increased the vacuum very slowly. As a result, fewer spots appeared, almost imperceptible.

Awesome news! Keep it up and keep and stay patient!

Great, I was looking for exactly this information and came across this fresh thread. Have same issue, been pumping for 2 weeks with 1 day a week rest. Started with 10 min at 4hg and now try to do 15 min at 5hg once a day. Red spots were very present today but I will receive my water trap tomorrow so should be better. Also, the spots seem to appear in large numbers and size if you skip the warm up, but this is concluded from just a few sessions so can’t say for sure. Thickwall has one in case anybody is interested. I’m experiencing no pain at all, feeling have been positive. I don’t worry too much about the red spots and expect them to disappear after more experience. I will also keep you guys posted from time to time. Thanks for all the info so far, great place to be.

Yes, undoubtedly a great place to be! Tons of good non commercial info.

Just to update, today I’ve made a 15 mins session. Low vacuum, slowly increased up to 2,5 in.hg, milking the tube on every 2 minutes.

End with a great engorgement and a few red spots.

I will continue to condition to see what happens.
