Secondly, since the spots are staying for those 1 or 2 days I would suggest waiting for them to disappear fully and maybe even an additional day past before doing another session; for example 1day pump -> 2days off with spotting -> 1day off-post spotting -> 1day pump
and repeat. Again I think slowly conditioning over time may help, but if your over-eager you risk making them a regular occurrence and thus other side effects such as discoloration.
And lastly, if you have a car parts place or easy access online, look into ordering/buying a water trap for brake bleeding. It can be easily attached to your current setup and allow the use of water. Water gives the heat and a bit more density that I believe can help slow the effects of spotting and edema.
I also would like to point out that while spots are not something we should ever strive to see when pumping or even be content with, its also not a ‘huge’ problem so to speak. Obviously avoid them if you can, but at the end of the day, the main things we should focus on are PI’s, EQ’s and no pain or numbness. I still get minor spotting randomly depending on the day, but its almost never a cause for concern when everything else is as it should be.
Thank you very much for your thoughtful and detailed answer. It is very comforting.
As recommended by you, I will give an extra day after spots disappear to do the next pumping session.
I’ve searched for the device you mentioned, but I didn’t find anything. Could you, please, send a link of the product?
I will report the progress in this topic.
See ya.
