Just chiming in to this old thread that I am having the same problem pumping.
2nd set this week of 5 minutes at approx 2.5hg and I have red spots and a strange sore area on my dick. Basically the end of my right CC just under the glans has an achy sensation all day and EQ and sensitivity are reduced. I had a pumping injury from using a Bathmate about a decade ago where I overpumped (that product is a piece of shit) and couldn’t get an erection for a month. I don’t think it’s been the same since then and suspect that maybe the area has some scar tissue or my penis will forever be susceptible to vacuum injuries.
Anyone experience similar to this?
