Programmable pump stimulated erection to train larger erect size?

The point of the Vacuutech QS7 was that it had incredibly fast vacuum cycling rates, so that it may cycle vacuum 100’s of times in a second. There was a program that created a pumped erection, and it stimulated and maintained an erection.

The point of that program was not to orgasm, but to train a larger erection penis size. Do any of the other programmable pumps have a program and can cycle vacuum fast enough to maintain a stimulated erection in the tube?
