What's the lowest penis pump cylinder size can I go?

I’m interested in pumping to MAXIMIZE length gains and MINIMIZE girth gains as much as possible, and for that we would have to use the smallest diameter cylinder size possible. I intend to go into the cylinder flaccid and then pump to pack the tube. If my penis erect girth/circumference was 7.07”, what is the lowest lowest lowest cylinder size can I go without it being unproductive for the length gains?

Cylinder Diameter 1.5” = Circumference 4.71”
Cylinder Diameter 1.75” = Circumference 5.5”
Cylinder Diameter 2.0” = Circumference 6.28”
Cylinder Diameter 2.25” = Circumference 7.07”

If your girth was 7 inches, (is it really?) then the smallest cylinder you should buy would be a 2.25”.

But, although length gains are possible, pumping is primarily for girth with length as an extra bonus.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I put lining in cylinder. I used to cut from pet bottles but now I switched to a larger cylinder and use thin foam cut 1/3 of circumference which works great.

I’m asking because I’m just trying to figure out the lowest possible size I can go down to. If I’m 7” EG and the cylinder is 7” girth, my erect girth cannot become more than the cylinder’s girth, so in this situation, pumping is primarily for length with no chance of gaining girth. Is that right?

That’s right. Gprent is the pump expert; as he said, pumps do more for girth than length. If you want length, you might try a different approach, like hanging or v-stretches.

A pretty contradictory response from you there, so I’m still confused. What you mean by “that’s right?” If the girth cannot increase more than the cylinder’s size, then the only thing you can gain is length. In this situation, the pump will do more for length than girth.

The reason people keep recommending against a super narrow to fit cylinder is it will probably hurt. Pumps tend to increase girth. If there’s nowhere to increase sideways sure you may go up. But you’ll feel like you’re trying to hatch out of the sides of the tube. That’s way uncomfortable for most of us. We avoid it and recommend against that snug a fit. Maybe it won’t bother you.

Using your logic, if you buy one exactly to you erect girth you’ll fit in it and go upward. That’s likely true. But it typically is not a comfortable way to fit a tube, most pumpers avoid this. And good tubes cost too much to be buying then having limited or no use for them. If these things don’t bother you, size the tube as close to your erect base girth if that is the way you wish to pump.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I would rather be a bit more uncomfortable and maximize gains, rather than be totally comfortable and gain very little. My goal is to gain length with pumping, not girth. The problem is I’m between the two cylinder sizes, one slightly bigger, and one is slightly smaller, and I don’t want to gain any girth at all.

I understand. But it’s your call. I would never recommend discomfort. Especially when it could cause damage. Pumping is more complex than simple cylinder sizing and I’m not sure the effects of a cylinder sized how you wish to yours to be.

So I understand your priorities but you’re in foreign waters for most of us, as we pick comfort more often than not.

Actually interesting idea to go with small tube. Never tried.

Have you checked cylinders on ebay with 0.25 diam. increments. They go up to 12 inches long.

I would buy 2 cylinders.

Yes, they only come in 9 inch or 12 inch cylinder length on ebay, both similar prices. If you were around 8 inches length, which one would you go for, 9 inch or 12 inch? Does it matter if you got too little room or too much room? Does it make any difference to the gains? If it has too much room, would it take too long for the cylinder to fill with air? All these things have to be considered before purchasing a cylinder.

8 in penis would be 12 in cylinder but you are already 8 man. You know what I mean.

More room in tube means more pressure.

Okay, so what if you was 7 inches, would you still go for 12 inch, or 9 inch cylinder? That would mean the cylinder is 5 inches more than your erect length. Are you sure more room in tube means more pressure? How can you be sure about that?

I am not sure because I never tried with a very tight tube. So try 9 and award yourself with 12 when you fill it up.

Regarding room and pressure I think it is boyle’s law if I am not wrong. Engineers can answer better.

Something that has not yet been mentioned that the risk of water blisters on the glans seems to be greater when.pumping with a girthwise fully packed cylinder
