Exactly what plastic hose barb. It might be a part you can buy for a lot cheaper then a pump. Is your pump brass or plastic?

Pump is brass but the hose barb that the clear plastic hose slides onto is plastic
put pump onto a elastic surface bgger then pump and try to pump it. check connectors for leaks(sound air..)

That sounds like a pump configuration I have not seen. Can you take a pic of the pump and attach it?

It seems the Schrader valve is leaking.
Plugged the end changed the Schrader valve, 30 mins later still holding the vac.

Glad you figured it out. Who makes the pump? I know most hardware stores sell brass barbs. It shouldn’t be too hard to find.

Are you talking about the male quick disconnect fitting? The one with the O-ring on the end?

No it was a threaded barb on the pump itself , although could you tell me what size o ring that disconnect uses.
The O-ring in the above pic is 5/16 X 3/16 X 1/16 You can find it in hardware and auto parts stores.
