Caveat emptor: I’ve been in the game for a few months only so don’t take this as gospel :)
Warmup I do: 10-15m of hot washcloth. I usually put on a Youtube vid with that length, then refresh the cloth with hot water till video’s done. Then I put on the IR lamp and do another 10-20m of stretches: Left, Right, Up, Straight and BTC. I feel a different resistance at different angles so you should see for yourself which is the one best for you.
Pumping: I pump semi-erect. Simply because I can’t keep a full strength erection while fiddling with a pump :) I also assume, but got no facts around this, that semi-erect is a bit better starting point as one usually jelqs semi-erect too, not full hard. Again, try what’s working for you. Flaccid pumping didn’t work for me, for example.
Girth vs length: I have the exact opposite, mild girth gains but not one half a mm length. To paraphrase some of the more experienced guys on here: Everyone’s unit is different and reacts differently. What gives me girth might give you nothing, and vice versa. I think the key thing is knowing what BREAKS your unit, ie, extreme high pressure pumping or pumping with a cock ring.
Lastly, I kept an eye on using the cock ring after pumping. I am pretty sure it is not helping a lot with permanent gains (There is a thread around here about all day cockrings and I think it lead to nothing) but it does help me a lot with keeping the max expansion after pumping. I see a difference of .25” due to using a cock ring. And let’s say that MissW doesn’t care too much where it’s coming from as long as it’s there :)
