Pumping and EQ

I started back pumping just yesterday after healing from my injury. Pumping just 4 minutes give literally almost unparalled EQ. I know this is a dumb question but what muscles does the pump work? I only pump once every few days. But the EQ effects do last forever it seems.

Does this happen to everyone? I need to read up more on pumping.


5.3" NBPEL.

I’m a long time pumper and to my knowledge no muscles (excepting CC & CS) are impacted by the process. It can stretch out the ligs. From an EQ aspect the most important function is moving new blood into the penis and flushing out old blood and miscellaneous impurities (plaque) which can cause restrictions and poor blood flow.

Vacuum pumping was one of the earliest procedures used to combat ED, dating back to at least the 1950’s. It is exactly the ‘in with the new, out with the old’ which is beneficial.

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Wouldn’t know why. But after pumping I cum more and much whiter. Love pumping, I will only do dynamic, holding 1 min top. For around 10-15 min total each 3 days.

From what I have read, when you use a penis pump, it draws 60% Of the blood from the arteries leading into the penis and 40% back from the veins leading out of the penis. Accordingly, I do not understand how pumping flushes out the old blood and impurities. However, forcing in more Additional fresh blood should Have a positive affect on EQ.

It sounds like you have a really good thing going.

Along with the amazing EQ, are you noticing better expansion the next day you jelq?

I seem to become conditioned quite quickly or at least the rate of “growth” in temporary gain size slows down rather quickly. Like a month into a pumping routine it seems for me. Not that I hit a wall but it drastically slows down.

I still like the idea of using low pressure pumping to have better jelqing sessions following the pumping whether it’s right after exiting the tube or the next day following a 2on/1off schedule stretching, pumping and jelqing day 1 and stretching and jelqing only on day 2.

I have recently switched to 1on/1off for better consistency with my sessions but I am still experimenting to find what schedule works best for me. I have a hard time making up my mind. 1 thing I know for sure is you most definitely can have too much of a good thing.

And normally I never pump anymore than once, I only do it for 4-5 minutes. Making sure I have a good seal. I am still trying to figure it out. But it does work for EQ, I set a timer and keep it close. I will do no more than 20-30 pumps and not go over 5hg. Hole it for 20 seconds then release.

:) Maybe you guys should try it. See if it works for you.

I think of PE the way the same way I workout. It’s just exercise for my penis. :) I am not open about it with others because most people don’t understand. I feel pumping is essential, so is stretching to have good penile health.

My next step will be to not masturbate so much. I have heard jacking off lowers the amount of boners one has during the day.
