I decided not to measure for a long time so take that with a pinch of salt, but if I had to estimate, I would say I gained 0.5 to 0.75 in BPEL, and 0.5 midshaft girth in barely two months. Flaccid hang was also twice longer (morel like 1.5x after a week of rest and manual exercises, that have a tendency to turtle my member). I am absolutely convinced that pumping gains are permanent, but you have to do it for many months to year. I have seen 5 or 6 guys that have gained more than 2 inches in BPEL and 1-1.5 inches in girth (not talking about exceptional gainers, who gained more than 2.5 in length or 2 in girth). For me, the girth expansion is ridiculous, especially post pumping session. My dick was extremely veiny and MUCH fatter. I actually looked at my dick post session and was like “Damn, that’s mine ? ” The only concern was EQ being a little lower, and whole shaft less “solid” (probably some retention). Little discoloration, but way less than with jelqing. This is by far the best and funniest method I have tried.
Now gentlemen, I have a few more questions, and I think I can’t post them in the relevant threads as of now (not enough posts).
AM1 seems promising. What looks like my dorsal artery doesn’t “seem” (it’s in fact the most visible artery/vein even flaccid, not sure) to go until my glans : it’s actually P shaped, the loop being at 3/4 of my shaft. Should I still do the thumb thing from below the glans ? I have lower EQ the day after training, but it seems like a common occurrence.
Does AM1 increases blood flow to the glans / glans size as well ?
Is AM2 as good for EQ ?
And finally, how would you integrate AM1 in a pumping routine ? My guess is to do some sets before, or higher volume work on pumping breaks.
