Hi guys,

I’ve been pumping for close to 2 months. It is by far the most efficient method I’ve used and have been surprised by the quick gains in length AND girth. It’s addicting.

I’ve just noticed that my erections tend to take a hit from pumping, despite always pumping under 20 minutes and 4 hg. I had exchanged pms with a few pumpers a looong time ago and most stated that this is not permanent, which I do believe is true. My erections are strong and even pulsating (still rather 9 than 10/10), but my shaft feels less ” hard”.

What would you recommend ? I’ve been thinking about jelqing, maybe dry jelqing, and regular kegels. I’ve reduced my frequency of pumping to do something like sparkyx, 2-3 times a week.

I believe we can stretch tunica much faster than whole blood circulatory improvement. Have you paid attention to glans? With weaker erection you should notice less fullness and maybe even wrinkles.

I think the best way is to take rest and do only kegels. Jelq can be right or wrong. For good erection we need two things. Enough of blood to expand inner part of penis to close outflow and good condition of veins. So maybe it’s better to use alternative version of jelq with good focus on inner part improvement, but close to zero pressure on deep dorsal vein.

What were your gains for pumping, btw? Did you gain permanently? I’m interested into pumping but someone says it’s temporary, someone says it can carry definitive gains.

I decided not to measure for a long time so take that with a pinch of salt, but if I had to estimate, I would say I gained 0.5 to 0.75 in BPEL, and 0.5 midshaft girth in barely two months. Flaccid hang was also twice longer (morel like 1.5x after a week of rest and manual exercises, that have a tendency to turtle my member). I am absolutely convinced that pumping gains are permanent, but you have to do it for many months to year. I have seen 5 or 6 guys that have gained more than 2 inches in BPEL and 1-1.5 inches in girth (not talking about exceptional gainers, who gained more than 2.5 in length or 2 in girth). King’s has a nice picture log on lpsg.

For me, the girth expansion is ridiculous, especially post pumping session. My dick was extremely veiny and MUCH fatter. I actually looked at my dick post session and was like “Damn, that’s mine ? ” The only concern was EQ being a little lower, and whole shaft less “solid” (probably some retention). Little discoloration, but way less than with jelqing. This is by far the best and funniest method I have tried.

Now gentlemen, I have a few more questions, and I think I can’t post them in the relevant threads as of now (not enough posts).

AM1 seems promising. What looks like my dorsal artery doesn’t “seem” (it’s in fact the most visible artery/vein even flaccid, not sure) to go until my glans : it’s actually P shaped, the loop being at 3/4 of my shaft. Should I still do the thumb thing from below the glans ? I have lower EQ the day after training, but it seems like a common occurrence.

Does AM1 increases blood flow to the glans / glans size as well ?
Is AM2 as good for EQ ?
And finally, how would you integrate AM1 in a pumping routine ? My guess is to do some sets before, or higher volume work on pumping breaks.

I am pumping as well and like you, I agree that it’s the best and safest method of gaining length and girth. When I first started last week, I noticed that my EQ took a hit. This is fairly normal though (especially when just starting) as it’s a result of the stretching of the tissues so they can hold more blood, so it can take a while for the body to catch up. By the third day, my EQ was back to normal and by the 4 and 5th day, it had improved.

Everyone’s rate of recovery is going to be different though. I personally seem to recover very fast, and I’m using up to 8hg for my last set and I haven’t seen any discoloration, burst blood vessels or excessive fluid build up. But if after a week your EQ still hasn’t returned to normal or improved, then you’re probably overdoing it and you need to go slower.

My recommendation is to make sure you’re on a good diet that includes lots of vitamins, minerals and protein etcetera to help your body recover faster. PE is just like working out at the gym. If you don’t give your body enough of the materials it needs to rebuild stronger, your gains will come at a much slower pace.

Thank you for your advice. I agree with the diet, I’m improving it right now.

I’m only an occasional pumper, but I experience[ed] the same thing with stretching. When I’ve made rapid gains, it takes a week or more for my erections to be firm again.

If you think back to high school physics, recall the gas laws. It’s a little different, but basically you increase the volume of a pressure vessel without increasing the amount of gas [blood vessels] and so there is a consequential reduction in pressure.
At least tht’s the way I like to think about it.

Second this. Can’t expect to have the same strong erections in a larger penis right away. Think about priapism, its harder to get an erection after the penis has become that much bigger.

Well, from what I’ve tried on myself, AM1 really works triggering your EQ, but anything behind this (AM2-3 etc) doesn’t work for me. Your goal is to target the dorsal vein, the one you see in between your corpora chambers. Even in my penis anathomy the vein seems to start about half length oh the shaft (more 3/4 length) but I start the fingertip stroke anyway from beneath the gland. Why AM1 works and the others not? Well that’s not clear to me, but I suspect AM1 being so effective because it’s basically a mix of both edging (because with the thumbs you stimulate dorsal nerve) and some vascular stimulation (can’t find a better word to explain this) you apply by moving blood like that. I’ve never pumped so take that with a grain of salt but IMO I would incorporate AM doing it just after pumping, for 20 minutes about. Someone should really try this out. What kind of pump do you use?

I would rather do it before for safety and increased expansion, but I’m not sure. I may try that soon when EQ is closer to 10.

I use a tube and pump from thickwall, and some coconut oil. They are top notch guys and shipped insanely fast. It’s my first pump and in the beginning I was not always able to get a proper seal but I just had to shave and put some lube, now it seals like a charm. If you are not in europe I guess Leluv could do the trick, but there are better brands for sure.

What about hydro max brand? I’m totally ignorant in this topic. And yes, I live in Europe
