Pumping and Jelqing Question

Just one more question with all this pumping, and strain on tissue do you think

It is worth taking days off to rest, because some say pump everyday and others say you should take breaks?

And my other concern is I am going primarily for length, I have a 4.5-4.7 girth and am using a 9 inch 1 ,3/4 cylinder would this be ok for gaining mostly length or should I have chosen a smaller cylinder?

Or is it ok aslong as my girth is pretty much packing the cylinder , then it will mainly work on length?

Yes its fine.

You can judge days off by making a mark on the cylinder wall indicating where you were after say 5 minutes at say 3 in hg.

In other words, keep all the variables constant except you length, so measure exactly the same way each time.

As long as you are making gains…whatever you are doing is fine, keep it up.

If after a week there is no change at all, you will need to make a change.

You could experiment and skip a day and see if you grow better.

You should always use your PIs to acess your routine…with size being the final word.

I am experiencing great gains after a long lasting plateau. In years I discovered that stretching requires a perfectly flaccid unit, that hanging benefits a lot from a previous stretching and that jelqing while kegeling rapidly restores circulation after hanging, besides being very beneficial before pumping and that warm water helps a lot during pumping, which needs to be followed by an application of vitamin E oil and light massage…..

This is my standard routine, which I do twice a day:

2 min. light stretching
15 min 7.5 lbs hanging
2 min. jelqing while kegeling
45 min moderate warm water pumping (you can read while you do it)
apply vitamin E oil
2 min jelqing

Before sex routine:

60 min moderate to high warm water pumping

I am starting to feel comfortable at 8” BPEL starting from 6” BPEL with a solid 6” girth.

I wish I had known this from the beginning…

Agreed. I’ve backed off from using cable clamps and now almost exclusively use cock rings. Much more comfortable, and much less stressful. I get almost as hard and pumped up, but without the discoloration and the cold/numbness. I can maintain a good ‘clamp’ for an hour or so, i.e., approx. an 80% erection. The Air Clamp is also a much better alternative to cable clamps. With a CC, I’m counting the minutes to release it, it’s that painful at times. With the CR, I’m reluctant to take it off :-) And, it can be loosened just enough to maintain a mild ‘plumpness’ for hours, which I think also stimulates growth.

I’m thinking of doing 10 minutes of pumping at low levels and then add my normal PEing Routine after it, which lasts about 55 minutes.

Would the pumping be affective like this? or am I just waisting time adding in the pumping like this?

Also, if what I’m about to do above is wrong, then should I just add in 5-10 minutes of pumping x3 in between my current 55 minutes of PEing?

I think pumping like that is a warm-up, at best, for the rest of your routine. I believe pumping is a technique that requires long durations to have any effect, and even then you need something like jelqing to start making the gains permanent. (That’s my understanding from reading many, many posts on the subject on this site.) One nice thing about pumping (like clamping) is that you can walk around the house and do other things at the same time. Awkwardly, to be sure :-)

pumping, hanging and jelqing are the major exercises you can do. do at least 20 mon. sessions or drop it.

Ok, so pumping 10 minutes before Jelqing is like a warm up.
So how about 20 minutes of pumping and then the jelqing? Is this ok?

or better still? How about I throw in four 5 minute sessions of pumping in between my Jelqing? Is this better?

Yeah, I will do that gprent. I meant after getting my sessions up to 20 minutes.
