Pumping For Length

I’ve heard that you can gain length by packing the tube for pumping. How would I know what cylinder to use and how would I go about pumping for length?

I know to pump for length you have to pack the tube and the growth will happen length wise in the tube instead of girth wise. Does anyone know if pumping for length would inhibit girth gains because your penis is being more pressed together horizontally?

My penile girth is 5 inches mid shaft. According to BD’s sizing chart and a couple other sources I need 1.75 diameter cylinder for girth and 1.65 for length pumping. I can find cylinders that have a 1.75 diameter, but none that have one for 1.65 inches diameter. However I have found some that have a 1.5 inch diameter. Should I just go with a 1.5 inch diameter cylinder or length?

Yes I would go with a 1.5” cylinder for length in your situation. Be sure to use an adequate amount of lube. Shaving around the base in the pelvis area helps with a much better vacuum in my experience also.
