talk about multiple shorter sessions, often with stretching or jelqing between sets - and there’s nothing to say that, if you’re doing three 20 minute sets a day, they have to be back to back.
I try to do multiple shorter sets in the course of the day, in preference to one session with multiple sets. I seem to retain better size between sets that way, and I consider that more likely to be conducive to more permanent gains.
I try to get a pumping set in before going to bed for the night whenever possible, followed by bed fowfers. I’m trying to encourage ‘time at size’, and I’m hoping my increased post-pump size will be reinforced by nocturnal erections.
If I have the opportunity and a good morning erection, I will get a short pumping session in then, to reinforce what natural expansion has already taken place from that.
My strategy is not just the duration of sessions or the timing of sets, but the placement of the sets in the daily cycle of things. It’s not just the set; it’s the context of the set.
