Pumping Only Routine

A marathon to one may be a sprint to another. For me it’s two hours.

Heat is essential during pumping. Wrap the cylinder with an electric heating pad. You could also use a forced hot air heater.

Taking a few days off will show in gains.

That, was a quote based on some trial and error I’ve personally done over the years. I pump sporadically and I keep my durations and pressure modulated to not effect my EQ from day to day. Problems with daily pumping definitely had an effect on EQ I did not like, 6 days was my longest stint and never repeated.

I pump regularly and have for years, I spoke merely of errors I personally have made. Not that I currently make.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I’ve heard that when pumping along with other methods but I figured with doing only pumping I should be doing considerably more since I’m doing no manual work.

OK, and what pressure during those 2 hours? The most I’ve ever done is 90min at 3hg.

I just took 2 weeks off and have been doing this pump-only routine for 18 days so far.

Unfortunately, I do seem to have more darkening now that I’m using a bigger cylinder :\

Would be interested to hear specifically what you did for pumping and if you did any manual work with it

Looks like a heating pad is $30+…

My pressure varies from 5hg-7hg. My heating pad was $21.00. Make sure you follow every session with a bit of edging.

I have found pumping two - three days on, one -two days off work best for me.

Like many before me I am a fan of marathon pumping sessions especially when time allows for such. I try for at least one marathon session per week.

At other times I have pumped for more days straight. I have found that beating my penis up is what gives bad EQ that could happen in one session if you don’t adhere to doing what is best for your penis.

I swear by heat, always have always will.

I’ve been doing 1 day on 1 off. Water Pump only alternating tubes for length/girth.

I pack the 2 inch (so good for erect stretch/length), and the 2.25 I’m hitting the sides at 4-5hg.

Sessions are slow to build, maybe 5-8 mins before I hit 5-6 hg. Then I leave it around here for about 10 mins.

Since its a relatively new routine I’m sticking to 1 day on 1 off for the next month or two. After that I’ll either do 2 on 1 off again alternating length/girth. Or up the time in tube and keep 1 on 1 off.

I’m hearing TG on this say you only get gains from extreme sessions, but its hard to believe you couldn’t see results from pump only at more moderate times/pressures. I never get expansion like this from jelqing, and the tube is stretching me out a good 1/2 inch at least on length days. Will have to see where I’m at in a couple months.

Edit: I think Titleist recommended heat and edging, which I also use. Hot water in the shower, plus a bit of edging to achieve a full erection/get all new blood in. Just don’t nut or you’re blood flow over the next couple hours will be sub-optimal.
