Lets say in the middle of the day or 4-5 hours later I am bored, Would it be wrong to hit off a set or 2? And keep the thing enlarged all the time? My primary goal is to hit 1-2 inches of length then hit off girth. I have 5" base girth so I got a 1.75 inch tube. I was goin to fill that puppy out as much as I can then go up more. So what you think about my question? Thanks!-Gone
I hope that you are familiar with SparkyX’s thread Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth! .
So here’s an alternate proposal for you, and one that should not get you into trouble.
You are currently doing two sessions a day, with two sets to a session, for a total of 80 minutes in the tube a day.
Don’t add additional sets; add additional sessions.
Instead of two 20 minute sessions in the morning, do one.
Do another later in the day.
Do another later in the day.
Do ONE 20 minute session before going to bed.
You’re still getting the same amount of time in the tube, so this routine should be low risk.
Now, here’s where PIs enter into things. Try the routine, and evaluate your PIs. Are you hanging longer and fatter for more of the day? Is your EQ the same or better? How are your morning erections?
If your PIs improve, you’re probably on the right track.
If your PIs decline, go back to your original routine.
If your PIs stay the same, it’s your judgment call. If you’re measuring regularly, you have a sense of your progress; see how splitting your routine helps (or not).
If I had the opportunity, I would probably do four 20 minute sessions a day, rather than two sets of 20 minutes apiece. I think that when I can do so, I remain larger longer.
In the very first post in the Vacuum Pumping 101 thread, Avocet8 states "I saw no difference in size gain as a result of long sessions." So, perhaps splitting your routine will work for you. Give it a try with appropriate caution.
