Perhaps to start off, you could clamp for 10 minutes as erect as possible and then do a pumping routine of two to three 10 minute sessions with jelqing breaks for circulation in between. I’ve never even really done PE, aside from some trial jelqs, kegels, and other things. In other words, I’m a complete newbie. I shouldn’t clamp at all yet, should I?

Just about any PE technique we do can be dangerous if done to over the top extremes. Since you’re a true newbie, work on conditioning your dick with jelqs and maybe some moderate pumping first. See avocet8’s pumping 101 thread. Save the addition of clamping for a month or two down the line. True newbies sometimes make great initial gains with moderate but consistent PE routines.

peforeal, Thanks for the advice with a little clamping before pumping. I’m going to try doing a routine that is something like 2x8 min sets of clamping followed by 1 or 2 sets of 10min pumping. Either way I got much better expansion clamping before pumping, and I’ll figure out in a few weeks what works best.

Peforeal- I think I have the wrong wrap.I have tried to send you a link, and I don’t know how to do it. I am going to go to walmart and cvs and rite-aid today and see if I can find the right one. I have started to pump and all is going well. I will keep you posted on progress. Thanks for your help..

So, lately I have been clamping atleast 1 10min set before doing 2 sets of 10 min 5hg pump sets. By the second set the tube is much more packed than it has been in the past when I just did 3x10 pump sets. The past two nights I’ve actually been getting “stuck” in the tube; by this I mean, It’s been hard to put it back out :) . I’m going to take some measurements in about 3 weeks to see how much progression I’ve made.

I have been using the proper thera p wrap and love it. You are the man peforeal..
