Pumping can add both length and girth. Since it’s girth that you want, though, I believe a clamp first/pump second routine will be effective. I don’t know what your experience is with clamping, so take it easy if you’re a newbie.Perhaps to start off, you could clamp for 10 minutes as erect as possible and then do a pumping routine of two to three 10 minute sessions with jelqing breaks for circulation in between. I’ve never even really done PE, aside from some trial jelqs, kegels, and other things. In other words, I’m a complete newbie. I shouldn’t clamp at all yet, should I?
