Pumping with no heat (better for me)

12

After reading this thread, I pumped with no heat last night. I had essentially no edema after 35 min, maybe packed the tube a little less. I definitely was not as full when I came out of the tube. I’m almost 7” in the tube at 5 mmHg and only pack to around 3” in a 1.75” cylinder. I’m sure if I went longer, it might pack a little more. However, I was about 1/10” shorter without heat. Heating and using the rice sock is a pain, but there was a noticeable difference not using it.

For me no heat egal no results

Well that’s the thing.

When you don’t use heat you can go higher pressure without edema.

So size at 5Hg with heat is equal to size with 7Hg with no heat.

That’s at least what I learn from my no heat experiment.

Cant tell about permanent gain since I did it only for 2 weeks.

That logic concludes that using heat is better, more efficient, because you are using less pressure (force) to produce X result.

As I said before: it works as a catalyst.

started April 2017 BPEL 16,7cm x 13,3cm EG Last measurement BPEL 20 cm x 14,8 cm EG

My progress, thoughts and pictures

Rotated Penis? Unbalanced Ligaments? Lack of Gains through Manual Routine?

I think there is no such a thing as better… but only better for some and worse for others

2018 16cm12cm11cm >> 2022 17.5cm13.5cm12.5cm >> 2024 17.5cm14cm12.5cm (BPEL/MSEG/BEG)

Mockery can gives you unfailing faith in yourself.

Agree.

There are very little things in P.E that has consensus about.

Every 1 should find the Equipment’s/Exercises/Techniques who fit them.

I honestly didn’t choose yet about heat trying with again.

That’s where being open minded comes in

Maybe a balance. I read about people doing hydropump with ice water.

Maybe inna a 30 min session do 5min heat in the middle. Not 8 not 80 as we say in Brazil

I don’t use much vacuum usually, but I’ve found without heat I basically give myself a hickey, followed by peeling off some dead skin from my glans a few days later. It might be a circulation thing.. The folks that do fine without heat might have more heat of their own. I just don’t get warm, and find wrapping a cylinder with a heat pad AND using a rice sock very helpful. I got a new cylinder that is 1/4” bigger, and without a good amount of heat, I’ll suck up a ball every time. Hindsight - I should have just moved up 1/8”. Back on point.. Heat works wonders for me, but I can only speak for myself.

I agree I also jumped by 1/4 and its huge different.

Just start with the small cylinder until you pack it and switch to the big one [Works great].

That’s what I’ve been doing!
