Pumping with no heat (better for me)

Hi everybody,
I am sorry guys but ive been experimenting for the last months and the conclusion is that for me pumping without heat pad or any form of heating is significatively better.

My routine :
I pump 20-30 min then, get an erection out of the tube and repeat the process 3 times.
I do it every days, with no heat and any form of pe.
I pump around 5-7hg just where i feel comfortable, i dont care about hg too much, just avoid pain.

Since I do that:
- No edema or very little if I abuse as hell.
- Stay engorged during the day.
- No burn pain when I pee.
- Bigger than when I use heat.
- Bilged flaccid during the day.

Before I used heat, but I had very bad PI like:
- Huge edema.
- Stay engorged 20 minutes, then only edema stays.
- Big gains, but only the first day… then gains are less better the more I advance in time.
- Turtling in 20min and stay tiny all the day.

I know the consensus is that the heat is good for the pump and PE generaly but for a year or so I have had no gain and only bad effects from heating.
I don’t think I was doing it badly, in my opinion my body responds badly to the heat, maybe I am the only one in this situation.

I’m posting this to help those who think they’re in the same situation.
The main indicator was that the more pump sessions I did the poorer the results, I also had pain when I went to the bathroom after a while.
Now none of that, I can pump every day without any problem.

Funny timing I also did 2 weeks no heat experiment.
My conclusions:
1. Takes a little bit more time to get maximum size [sometimes cant even reach the maximum].
2. I’m able to be at way higher pressure without feeling pain/inconvenient [Around 1.5-2hg higher].
3. Post pump hung not as big but longer period [Feeling a little bit bigger even in the rest day].
4. And Obviously easier and faster to do [Just wake up in the morning put it while I’m half sleeping with a timer in phone and checking pressure every few minutes].

Its would be nice if someone who did it for a long period of time will share information about long term gains with this method because permanent gains matters the most.

I will do this routine until i reach my goal, for the moment wait 3 months to measure.

Need to try this method without heat pad on the cylinder. You feel better packing without heat?

I started pumping before I found Thunders, and pumped without heat. I did get length gains but never packed the tube. Once I found Thunders and learned better methods and theory of pumping, I added heat, but wasnt consistent. Once I consistently added heat I gained girth, and some length, and now regularly pack my tube.

I have wondered if when I first started pumping I had used heat, would my gains have been greater?


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I remember a thread with a guy who did like 30 years no heat pumping.
I doubt if I will manage to find it but if we gonna be lucky he might answer here and share some of his knowledge.

When I started pumping I used no heat and was never bothered by discoloration. After reading about using heat I tried it and found out I could pack the tube quicker but I also noticed discoloration. I tried fire goat rolls and cocoa butter as was recommended to no avail. I’ve been on a Dec on break for the past month. My color has improved, almost back to normal. When I start pumping again I won’t try heat. I want to see what happens.

I dont pack with or without heat my penis is too small for the cilynder.

But i can assure you that my penis is larger when i finish my session.

I also do not use heat when I pump. I get edema but I probably pump for too long but I don’t mind it

In my body, my penis, the heat I use is the infrared which is been very documented to reduce edema, in my opinion (layman, I don’t know if that is the corret word in english, maybe: ignorant in physics and biology in this subject) heat also increase the cinetic (heat increase the movement of atoms and particules) energy of cells in a way that it works as a catalyst for the “reaction” of penis’s expansion during pumping, as the same way ultrasound is used for men like Kyrpa and his followers, as ultrasound is much more efficient as being a catalyst for this process we do as penis enlargement, there are men here in Thundersplace hanging with 4,5kg for 3 sets and having consistent and considerable gains, as there are guys (like me in the past) today that are hanging with +10 kg to almost zero gains.

I agree with this part of your method that you have an erection after pumping sets, I am doing this too, but not for long.

I also have only bad experience with pumping under heat. This results in really bad discoloration. For me, the subject is dead: No heat when pumping.

I agree with this part of your method that you have an erection after pumping sets, I am doing this too, but not for long.

Sorry but icant measure the heat generated by my heatpad.

I guess it is too much.

I’ll add that I use heat by way of a heating pad for every single session and will unwrap 2-min before my hour long session ends to measure and gauge my progress.

Over the years, I’ve learned that the lowest heat setting is best as I giving my dick too much direct (contact) exposure.

When the heat was too high, I was essentially burning my dick but didn’t know it outside of the session feeling uncomfortable and soreness afterwards.

When I’ve pumped without heat, it limits my ability to pump at higher vacuum levels or what my normal routine normally calls for.

However, for those of you in which no-heat pumping works, my hat goes off to you if you’re experiencing positivity in so doing. When I bought my 1st pump in 2009, I pumped in the same manner but it’s been way too long to know if it worked. Plus, I had a cheap pump at the time so who knows.

I also started pumping with no heat and then added heat when hearing about it on Thunders.

I haven’t found any conclusive or noticeable differences in results, but I do believe heat reduces the risk of injuries, so I’m staying with heat.
