Pumping with stretching? jelqing? nothing?
I’ve had a pump for about 6 months now. I never really incorporated it into a PE routine. But lately I have. I see good expansion. Question: do most of you guys find that it is best to do other exercises in addition to a regular pumping routine, or do you prefer to just pump? I love jelqing, it really is the one exercise that I never seem to get carried away with. I enjoy stretching, but I often pull too hard and cause myself pain (this is something that I am working on). Right now, I’m pumping at low pressure for about 8-10 minutes. I surround the pumping with about 75-100 jelqs. I’m doing some stretching after all of that is done. I just did two days of this without rest and I noticed a little drop in P.I.s. Have I become too involved or is this to expected?
I guess I’m just curious as to what the rest of you do as far as your pumping routine with additional exercises. Thanks
