As far as I can see in the pictures, the bulb has the same kind of valve setup at the end?
Maybe the twist and flick thing could be done there? Not sure since I didn’t go for the extreme edition - my Vacu-Vin mod is extreme enough - and the x30 only needs a flip and no twist, but might be something to try if you ever need more vacuum pressure…
The bulb is not identical. Additionally, the hose is a friction fit and if it comes loose…well things just got wet.

I’m not terribly heart broken about the bulb. The regular pull on method is what I learned from the Penomet and quasi mastered. But it ain’t simple and easy. I defy all that damn advertising.
Also…I’ve been thinking. I may have to do a blow out sale. Package all my old gear and sell it for one price.
