What I’ve taken from it

Kegels!

Consistent usage with at least a day off every 1-3 days, and that’s based on your PIs.

If gains are stalling, try a decon break.
Incorporate manual stretches.

Pay attention to your cock, feel is important.

After your workout, replace the warm water with cold with medium vacuum (I was right there with you when you were skeptical, and after trying it, I really like it too)

An extender may or may not be worn afterwards to heal extended, although was definitely not a huge part of it, or so it seemed.

You did not like answering gain questions around 2011, quite entertaining though.

Gains were around 0.5” in girth that came quickly yet plateaued, but you got more after incorporating clamping?

You felt that when lymph fluid showed its ugly head during your session, that it’s time to finish your session.

You can use whatever, a shower, a bath, a cup (a pitcher for the frustrated Goliath user) just make sure to warm up first and think of any spillage if doing it out of the bathroom.

This is a girth exercise, so you shouldn’t expect big length results.

Take breaks if you get any injury, ingrown hair or any weirdness.

I have a bathmate - but the diameter is too big and it keeps sucking my testical in ! Any suggestions on decreasing the diameter of this part of the pump ?

All you can do is pull your testes down when you go into the tube, and keep the pump’s opening up higher on your belly, so the interior of the rim is tight against the bottom of your shaft. Less space between your dick’s underside and the interior “lip” means less of a gap for your nuts to get pulled through. It happens to the best of us. Definitely painful.

I don’t have that problem with the balls sucking in, it’s more likely it will just lose suction from that area.
I just do what raybbaby said without thinking. Put the bottom half as close to the bottom of the shaft as possible and it creates a good vacuum.
One thing I’ve realised is that it can cause a bit of discomfort in the stomach due to the pressure. Not sure if others experience this with the wider tube.
I’m 5.5” MSEG and base is around 5.5-5.7”.
I stupidly bought the Goliath and didn’t realise that is has that name for a reason, thinking I’ll get more bang for my buck and grow into it. (Wishful thinking)

Did my first sess and went from 5.5” to 6.0”, felt more plump and hung heavier. Definitely can see some fluid build up but no pain. 20 minute session.

Curious to see how others measure up while in the tube at max suction vs their NBPEL and BPEL outside the tube. The water appears to make it look larger while in the tube and possibly longer. I have an upward curve so my length can vary.
I’m measuring 5.5”-5.9” NBPEL and 6.7”-6.9” BPEL out of the tube before PE exercises.
Whilst in the tube at 7.1”-7.3” length with a curve at max suction.

Assuming the tube gives off false longer measurements.
Anyone confirmed the accuracy of in vs out? Or how much they differ between measurements.

MSEG 5.5” to 6.5" 19.7% Progress 5.71”

The length measures taken from the Bathmate will not match the length measurements you get with a ruler. It has to do with the bellows being compressed to get max vacuum. I just notice I get a little longer, and a little longer, every few months. I know I don’t measure 21 cm BPEL, but I hit that pretty consistently now in the tube, after about ten minutes under vacuum. Whereas before I would only hit 20, and before that, barely 19. So it’s not an accurate measurement, but I can see some length gains over time.

Yes that is true. I guess any increase in max pump would indicate progress in length gains over time.

I managed to go from 5.5” to 6.5” with a 20 min session.

Sex was amazing, saw a noticeable difference.

Hopefully able to cement some permanent gains.

Trying to couple this with stretching but I find length to be my pain point.

This was some dedication. Basically no gains for many years after newbie gains and still doing the same routine. Maybe should have tried something different for a change if pumping with Bathmate did not work.

Also I don’t get the obsession with Bathmate. Any cylinder with a silicone hose and a squeeze bulb pump for $10 (search for "rubber primer fuel pump 6 mm") will create enough pressure and can be used under water. It creates up to 8" Hg in my test.

Hello, I learned a lot from your experience, but now I have some questions to ask you. When I first used bathmate, I was very disappointed to find that there was a lymphatic blockage on the right side of my penis. And it brought me some soreness. After a period of study and investigation, I found that this phenomenon can be self-healing. But what I am more worried about is, after I recover, is it inappropriate for me to increase training? If there is another situation, that is to say I want to start again, need to restart the training gently? I am bored with my current state and don’t know how to solve it. Isn’t time a good cure for lymphatic vessels?

Bathmate QUestion

I am thinking of purchasing a bathmate, but I don’t want to use forever. I am willing to use for 1-1 1/2 years. My question is once I get desired girth, my main goal, can I stop using bathmate and maintain girth by clamping a few times a week?

When you say you do 20 min sessions, is that a straight 20 or is it broken up?
