Did you add bundle stretches this time or do you have that exercise in your routine package?

Continue to have them in your sessions and you will see changes soon. Boundles and fulcrums must be good before pumping.

Hmm, I just threw them in. I’m not doing a ton of them. Basically twist the dick one way and stretch for thirty seconds to the right, then twist it the other way and repeat. Then the same thing to the left.

With 100% erection, I am at 7 1/4” BPL, and 5 1/2” girth.

Worked out today.

One hundred fifty wet Jelqs.

Five and five eights girth out of the tube,
ten minutes edging.

Started way back in like 2005 or 06, at 6” BPL x 5” MG.
Oh, and I’m taking today off from exercise/pumping.

Warm up, stretch, 150 wet jelqs, Bathmate for 20 minutes, did 650 kegels while pumped. Out of the tube girth was 5 5/8”, so not that great. Think I may stop measuring so often. Maybe keep it to once a week or something.

Was looking into getting one of these. What was your starting length/girth and what is your current?

Started at 6”X5” girth. My length all came in my first six weeks, manual exercises and an extender worn at low tension. All my girth came via the Bathmate and more manual exercises. I am now 7 1/4” BPEL x 5 1/2” mid-shaft girth.

What model are you using? What would you recommend for my stats?


5.75 BPEL 5.00 EG as of 2/2014

Goal is 7-8" BPEL and 5.5 EG

I would recommend the Hercules or X30.

I just want to add that after taking Sunday off, I have pumped the last three days in a row. My post session girth today was five and three quarters. I’m kind of on the fence about pumping again tomorrow. I guess I’ll base it on my morning wood quality.

Woke up with wood, so I worked out and pumped. Five minute warmup, one hundred jelqs, twenty minutes in the pump. Five and three quarters girth, and about nineteen cm best in the tube length. Thinking I should maybe not measure quite so often.

So, I pumped Monday through Thursday, took Friday off, and pumped again today, (Saturrday)
Warm up,
100 jelqs,
20 minutes pumping,
10 minutes edging.

Longest in the tube was 19.5 cm, and 5 3/4” girth when exiting the tube. Gonna quit measuring so often.
