Reducing Fluid build-up in foreskin

Hello,

Just took a month off pumping after getting those red dots,

But I have another problem whenever I pump even for as little as 5 minutes
I get fluid build up in my foreskin around my glans and it seems to stretch it a lot

Is there anyway of reducing the fluid build up in the foreskin?

Does wrapping help?

I pump at 2hg -3hg 10 minutes, release pressure at 5 minute mark then pump back up

Any help?

I have never done any pumping but I know vacuum hanging. Using some kind of wrap should help as it helps when I hang.
