Routine Question/Help
Ok, so I’ve been pumping now for a short time (perhaps 3-4 weeks) and I’ve enjoyed it a great deal. I try and do some dry jelqs and stretches periodically throughout the day when I visit the restroom, etc.
I know that this question probably will be difficult to answer, but I’ll throw it out there anyway. When I pump, I have maybe about 45 mins or so to work with. My routine is as follows:
Warm up with something similar to a rice sock (it’s got dried corn in it).
Warm up tube with corn sock.
Pump 1 set at 5”-6”hg for 12-13 minutes with corn sock wrapped around tube.
After 1st set, I do 50 wet jelqs to keep blood moving.
Pump a 2nd set at 5”-6” hg for 12-13 mins with corn sock wrapped around tube.
After 2nd set, do 25 wet jelqs again to circulate blood and help any fluid that might have built up elsewhere.
Typically I do this 3-4 days on and one day off, depending on how I’m feeling.
I certainly can feel a difference in girth, although I have not done any measurements since the last one mentioned in my signature.
I know that everyone is different and it’s hard to say, but is this enough of a pumping routine that, if I were going to gain from pumping, would promote such gains? Again, I believe that I can feel a difference in girth, but I was going to hold off for another 2-3 weeks before doing another measurement. Thoughts?

Currently - 4/13/07 - BPEL 6 1/8" - EG - 4 7/8"
Goal - BPEL - 7.0" - EG - 5.5"
