Routine To Do With Pumping
Greetings All-
Just got back into PE’ing after take a long break. I bought a really nice pump from LA pumps and I wish to add pumping into my PE routines. I Was told when supplemented with ‘Exercises’ You can have some very impressive results.
My Question is, What is a good routine I could do with solid Pumping? I want primarily Length, But also Girth. I have a very low LOT, So hanging doesn’t do it. I am just pretty clueless on what routine to do with pumping. If anyone has some advice they could give me I would greatly appreciate. Thank you for your time reading this.
