Saline/Glucose injections for expanding the CC + Pumping

I have been thinking that since we need to fill up the CC with blood, what if we replicated the same via saline injections in the CC. After 5ml or X ml in each cc , then proceed to pump, would that expand it further?

Penis implants use the same, they use a saline pump in the testicles that pushes water or the saline injection into the tubes(Not the CC) to obtain an artificial erection

Like wouldnt that result in the CC really be pushed outwards instead of the dermal layers filling up with water retention?

Interesting thought, though I wouldn’t consider absent confirmation from a Doctor that it would cause no harm. It is the same concept for my thinking on use of Trimix post PRP (your own blood instead of saline) with added (gentle) pumping.
