Just wondering if you there are any top methods and routines out there.

In my opinion the best method I know of is the newbie routine. Try it out.

Do you mean girth when you say expanding? Or do you mean length? Maybe both?
I personally am not sure what the very best method for expanding the shaft in any way is, probably whatever someone likes to do enough to stick with it consistently.

What I do for best expansion= soft cock ring + 60% erection and with left hand hold down at base (over cock ring) then squeeze with right hand from in front of the left hand to the glands. repeat

Clamp and jelq at the same time. Not recommended for beginners.
