Selecting Your Cylinder Size

You can get the components separate, however, you are probably not looking for that wide a cylinder. Measure, a 1.75 ” is probably what you need to start.

Viking Guy's pumping adventure

Hey - I have an LA Pump setup, but bought a couple of LeLuv cylinders in different sizes. The LA Pump quick connect on the hose side doesn’t fit well with the LeLuv pump quick release received on the cylinder. I can force it and it works, but it’s a PITA and I’m afraid to break it at some point.

Anyone with suggestions who may have faced this or a similar problem?

Thanks!

Mar21 - BPFSL: 6.5", BPEL: 6.5", NBPEL: 6", MEG: 5.5"

Jan22 - BPFSL: 8" (cold), BPEL: 7.5", NBPEL: 6.875", MEG: 5.5"

One Day - BPFSL: 9.5", BPEL: 9", NBPEL: 8.5", MEG: 6"

They should work. Post a pic of both sides so we can see what they look like.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

What size should I get?

My girth mid shaft is around 4.4 maybe 4.5 after jelqing but everything else is about 4 in. Girth. If that’s the case should I go with a 1.50 diameter cylinder? I bought a penis pump before but my scrotum would keep getting sucked in and I’m positive it’s because of the girth to cylinder diameter ratio. Should I go with a 1.50 diameter just to be safe? Also should I buy a silicon sleeve that correlates to the cylinder to also help prevent this problem or will buying a sleeve not make much of a difference? I am also wondering if buying a silicon sleeve allows any benefits to pumping.

The tube size to your girth depends on what you’re after. Girth or length. Girth, a bit larger tube, at least .25” larger. Length, the same or just slightly larger, no more than .125”.

A sleeve is highly recommended. Most tubes come with one. For comfort and seal quality. A properly sealed and sized tube shouldn’t suck scrotum. A little is acceptable, but pulling your balls tight to the rim or more, I’d question it.

Some of the cheaper sex shop flap style sleeves need careful trimming to fit right. The sleeve shouldn’t be pinching or require allot of force to get through or out of. A smooth fluid entry and exit is what you’re after.

Last but not least, perhaps most importantly, get a pump with a guage. Please.

Hopefully I uploaded this right…

I found the LeLuv quick connectors to be a hassle. I scrounged some plastic barb fittings (apparently from an old brake bleeder kit I bought long ago) and replaced them with those. I just pull the hose off and swap between tubes and pumps as needed.

If you’re gonna go searching for fittings at the store, the common quick connects are most universally 1/8”-27 pipe thread. Very common.

I’d be careful though trying to put say, a brass barb or whatever, fitting in your tube. A plastic fitting will give a little, a brass fitting may actually crack your tube if you over tighten.

Might be useless info, but there it is nonetheless.

Thanks for this thread. I bought a bathmate, but have times where I enter on an angle or part
Of my sac gets sucked in.

Gonna try air

While disconnected, push in the tab on the female connector to make sure if is in the open position to accept the male connector. Push the tab on the female connector to open it and push the button to close it.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Can you have to big of a tube? I have a 2 inch or so diameter pump and when I pump just seem to get erect . I’ve tried different levels of vacuum and just get hard and don’t get a “pump”

I am not sure I understand your questions, but will try to respond. Hydraulically there is no difference on the impact on your penis with a larger cylinder, as long as your penis is not in contact with the side of the cylinder. It does not matter if you have a 1/8” gap between penis and cylinder wall or a 1” gap.

A larger cylinder can be more difficult to use than a smaller one. A larger diameter cylinder creates an opportunity for your testicles to get sucked into the tube while using it. If you pump it will happen - it’s no fun but not a disaster and you do want to minimze its occurence. A longer tube will come loose and lose vacuum seal easier due to the extra weight and longer lever.

As Archimedes said “give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to rest it and I can move the world”.

So the practicality is you want a tube which is 1/4-1/2” greater diameter than your girth and 1-2” longer than your bpel.

If you are looking to buy a tube, use the guidelines in this thread to size it. If you already have one, use this for when you go to purchase the next one.

And this thread has great information for pumping:

I don’t understand what you mean by not getting a “pump”.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

What pressure do you use and how long do you pump for? Work your way up to pumping for at least 20 minutes continuously and you will get expansion.

Hello, has anyone ever heard of a 7inch long cylinder for the smaller gentleman? I’ve seen 8 inch but that seems to be as small as it gets.

With great penis comes great responsibility
