The hair ties work as does a two piece ball weight. I use a stainless steel ball weight from The Chain Gang while pumping. Gives a good stretch to the sack skin, want big hangers, and keeps the boys from getting sucked in.
If the entire tube is packed AND you’re looking to get comfort for the glans get out of the 1.75” ASAP. Length can still be had from pumping. I would try the 2” and stay the course with it. But I’m a pumper and anti hanging.However, hanging done well is the best length there is.

Ball skin suckage isn’t the end of the world. It doesn’t negatively effect the goal of the exercise in anyway I’ve been able to perceive. It’s really unavoidable if you want to increase pressure past 5HG, but be warned your dick could blow up and you could die.

Not quite thick enough to keep my balls out of the 2in tube. It sucks the skin to the limit and pinches them on the outside edge. Damn near hurt myself.

To stop my balls being sucked in I place the bottom of the tube to the bottom of the penis and hold them down until I get the first pump/pull and seal, then just pump. If you use lube to seal, don’t put it round the bottom part of the tube or seal. Works for me.
I use a Bathmate and use the size guide to pump to. I am about 7” erect so I pump to about 7 1/4” and get a comfortable pull without overdoing it. I would prefer to have a gauge but this is how I use the Bathmate, just on the measurement guide.
