Starting Pumping-NEED advice please
I have tried, jelq only routines, jelq and stretch routines, penis extender routines, hanging routines..
I got some gains from hanging (minimal) and some from stretching (minimal)
I have NEVER tried pumping. I don’t even know where to begin.I have looked at pumping 101 and what not
May questions are:
1. Has anyone out there got any good, permanent gains both length and width from pumping?
—What was your routine?/ time frame of gains? Any info..
2. Where should I get a pump/what all do I need?
Any help would be great!
