I have been pumping now for about 6 years, I am really not sure if I have been using the right pumping techniques . Could somebody please give me their techniques as a guideline. Thanks

You may find that if you have been pumping at a high vacuum level, that your penis has become used to this. A deconditioning break of 6 months or more might be required.
