Stretch
Hey all, so recently I’ve been using more heat while pumping. I’ve been warming up longer and heating the tube longer. This past week I’ve felt a considerable difference on my ligs or around the base. It actually feels like it’s finally working. Have I been doing it wrong for the last 6 months?! once I finished up tonight, I went to do a little edging and felt some weird shooting pains through the base. I think I went to long as it packed up and around my circumcision scar. Been done for about an hour and no pain or major turtling, guess I should take a few days off?
