How do you let the vacuum out of the cylinder when you are done?

I just pumped for the first time after doing about a month of research. Had the cylinder on my dick with low pressure, than I disconnected the tube, but of course the seal wasn’t broken. So then I tried to fiddle with the female coupling at the top of cylinder to let the pressure out - I slid the top of the female coupler back and forth and still no pressure loss.

I this point I started to panic. Stupid I know, but first time pumping and I really couldn’t figure out how to get the damn thing off. After some pulling and twisting at the base of the cylinder, the seal finally broke since I didn’t have too much pressure in there.

I feel like an idiot but seriously, how are you supposed to break the seal at higher pressures?

Two ways you can do this:

1) you can push down at the base of your dick that is exposed by the cylinder opening. This will usually release the pressure.
2) re-insert the pump to the coupling and press on the release valve. Most of them have one.

Ok thanks. I checked my harbor freight pump and couldn’t find a quick release - am I just not seeing it?

So it should be very easy to break the seal with your finger at the base of the cylinder?

The release is the small pin sticking out the bottom of the pump under the pressure gage it looks like a tire valve, I cannot believe you missed this shame on you hehe just kidding.

The easiest way by far to break the seal quickly is the previously mentioned, push your finger in at the base of the cylinder.
