The more I pump, the less effective the sessions seem

does this happen to you too ?

No matter what type of exercises I do.

My first session after some rest is huge, the next days my session is not so terrible, until my session feel useless and my penis does not want to grow up.

Should i rest more ?

I do not understand, i read the testimonies of people who pump for whole weeks without problem…

I was thinking about 1 day on 1 day off maybe.

How much pressure are you using and for how long? What is your routine schedule, days on vs days off?


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I react the same whatever the pressure i take.
Actually i start at 5hg then i end up to 7hg cause my penis is warm and i feel i can.

I do on a 5on 2off scheldule :
10min pumping
2-5min manual jelqing or squeeze
10min pumping
2-5min manual jelqing or squeeze
10min pumping
2-5min manual jelqing or squeeze
10min pumping
2-5min manual jelqing or squeeze

My penis reacts the same way to a 40 min long session without any exercise.
And does not react at all if i don’t pump enough in time and/or pressure.

I tried in the past very long sessions 1hrs - 2hrs at 5-6hg, but it is the same.
First session is exceptional and the following ones are not effective.

It’s the opposite for me, the more I pump the more I pump.

I guess you’ll eventually get used to it, I wasn’t able to pump frequently in the beginning either. Swithching to a tighter tube, 2” for me, and lots of edging helped. Btw, I always do something light before pumping, a combination of jelqing and edging. What is the greatest though is doing Ulis after sets.

If I were you, I’d try 20min+ sets with low pressure for once or twice. When I first did this I got some serious hard involuntary erection right out of the tube and no serious edema. Actually, the huge erection is building up towards the end of the set.

Also, I never enter the tube below 90% erection level. 100% works best. The 2” tube works great because it slightly clamps the base without vacuum.

Ignore what other guys do, all your experiance is telling you to take more rest.

i had the same experience as you and the only routine that gave me gains was pumping once a week for 3 x 10 min at 5 hg. I gained 0.4 inch in length from this in a 4 week time span. Then i went on vacation after that and came back and slacked off and never made any more gains after words.

I agree with this. You have a very vigorous exercise routine and in addition to more rest I would think about cutting back on the length and variety of your routine.

The thing is, i am not in the beginning i already pumped for month like that without success.
I think i will try again the lighter way.

Thank you for all your advices i think i will rest more and update in a few days or weeks to tell if it works better.
