Tools and warning signs

Hi, my question is simple. How do I go about this as safe as possible?

Penis pumps: what are the best penis pumps? I’ve used one from Amazon, but the Circumference seems too small; when I stop using the pump, my dick is somewhat blue; I only use 100Mbar, which is under 5hg.
(Under 10 minutes)

What are the best tools for starting out and brands? My dick is 3 inches thick And has trouble fitting In most devices I’ve bought.

So far, I bought size genetics which was crazy expensive, rubs my balls red from friction, causing my balls terrible pain, also is hard to get my dick into the thing. (Side note) ill spend the money if it works.

My goal is 8 inches long and to keep the girth proportionate. I’m at 6 inches long right now.

I’m debating on Bathmate, or I can buy another pump, so far bad results as far as safety concerns for me with every tool I’ve bought.

Whatever recommendations on how to start this Journey safe and effective are highly appreciated, especially brands/ models.

I DON’T do home made.

Thank you,

Hi Ruchin, welcome to Thunders!

There is a significant amount of helpful information on pumping in the pumping forum, please review it to find the answers to most/all of your current and future questions.

What size is your current cylinder? You mentioned your penis is 3” thick; do you mean circumference or width?

We generally recommend for newbies to start with the newbie program. There are multiple benefits from doing so which include penis conditioning and developing a better understanding of your penis and its responses to PE activities.

Have you looked at this thread for recommendation on size of cylinder?
Selecting Your Cylinder Size

I personally use Leluv cylinders I purchased on Amazon, and my vac pump is a cheap pistol style brake bleeder pump from Harbor Freight and everywhere. There are other quality cylinders available from other vendors, too. Here is some useful information:

Vacuum Pumping 101

Some members here use a bathmate but most of us do not recommend them. Bathmates do not have a pressure gauge, and as you are concerned about being safe, then you need to have a pressure gauge with ypur pump and cylinder. A gauge allows you to be consistent with your program and provides the confidence that you are pumping at a safe vacuum level.

Let me check out the link you sent.

I Don’t Know the difference as far as width and Circumference. When I take a measuring tape, I wrap it around the middle of my dick, and it comes to 3 inches

The penis pump ring is 3cm in diameter. I Don’t want to buy another and have the same issue. Do you think I’m having a problem cause the diameter is too small?

So I just looked at the measure guide, and I’m way above the cylinder recommendation.

A red flag for me was I can’t get my dick out of the pump cylinder after I pump until I go soft or I stretch it with my fingers, to take my dick out.

Measuring around your penis is measuring the girth, or circumference, which you indicated is 3”, which means the diameter is just under an inch, at .95”. Width and diameter are the same.

Your current cylinder has a diameter of 3cm or 1.2”, which means if your erect girth of 3” (diameter = .95”) it should fit you. The next size cylinder is 1.5”.

Does this make sense to you?

It sounds like your pump tube has a rubber ring at the base of the tube where you put your penis in.

Are you using lube when you pump?

If you’re not using enough lube it can be hard to pull your dick out of the rubber “donut” as they are sometimes called. The lube might allow you to slip out easier if the rubber ring is the issue.

Is there something like this attached to the bottom of the pump cylinder?

I use lube, and yea, it’s just like the photo alterdst8 posted, so I’m not sure cause seems like the size should be more than enough unless the manufacturer is incorrect info.

What Is The Best Penis Pump

Hi, I’m following all directions correctly; unless the manufacturer’s info is not correct, I can’t put my penis into the silicone ring. It’s too small according to manufacture I’m at the correct diameter for my penis; it hurts with very little pressure

Please recommend the best pump that comes with the ring; I’m 3 inches in diameter

Yes, I use lube, and yes, I’ve read a lot to make sure I’m right. I think the manufacturer didn’t measure the Diameter correctly.

You have a few options to consider. Ordering a new cylinder is unnecessary if the issue is with the silicon seal.

1) cut a larger hole in the ring. Make sure it is a clean cut because if it has any splits they will continue to extend.
2) order a replacement ring; seems like they’re around $10
3) throw it away and don’t use one. They only last for a week or so before they tear or rip anyway. This is what I did and is what I recommend.

I think you meant to say your girth is 3” which calculates to a diameter of almost an inch (0.95”to be exact).

I agree with 32quarters.

I would just ditch the ring unless the cylinder has sharp edges where you press it against your body.

Sharp corners aren’t really a safety issue at low vacuum levels but it can get uncomfortable pretty quick.

When you remove the ring, are the edges sharp?

Personally, I find those rings uncomfortable no matter what the size and material is.

I also don’t like how you don’t get vacuum all the way to the base of your penis. The ring grips the penis up the shaft a little bit because of the way it folds into the cylinder.

Without the ring, the pulling feeling from the pump feels alot more natural and you won’t get the squeezing sensation anywhere

If the cylinder has rough or sharp edges, just sand them off with some 100-150 grit sand paper. Been there, done that, works fine.

I cut the ring in quarters to relieve the tightness. You might have to do the same.

Thanks, guys; that’s helpful. I just used the link from Amazon

As far as using the pump without the ring, I was scared my balls would get sucked into it too.

I’ll try today and let you guys know how it goes

Thanks again

Getting balls sucked in is one of the hazards of pumping. It’s uncomfortable but not extremely painful. Stretch your balls out before placing the cylinder, then press the cylinder tight against your groin when you start pumping. You’ll feel your balls slowly slide over if they are going to get sucked in, so just release the vac, re position the cylinder and go again.
