Turkey-Neck and Pumping

Which would be better for minimizing turkey neck?

1. Pumping with a thinner cylinder pointed down toward 6:00 to prevent scrotal skin from getting sucked into the tube.

2. Pumping with a thick cylinder with the balls and dick all inside the cylinder at the same time?

Also, would the Boston Pump cylinders (the standard one with the “built-in” cockrin) provide another avenue for TN reduction?

Some guy on here said he got rid of his turkey neck pumping with a 2 stage cylinder.

I wouldn’t do (1). If I were going to do anything like that, I would use a loose wrap around my scrotum to help keep the skin from being drawn in. Having the right size tube helps a lot there too.

The second option you mention is called full package pumping: Full Package Pumping. That is what Spaghettidick is referring to in his mention of two stage cylinders. There are a variety of ways to accomplish full package pumping; that is one.

A two stage cylinder elimated my turkey neck completely. This involved pumping penis and balls in a cylinder over four inches in diameter.

To paint the rest of the picture for 1948smiley, a two stage cylinder has a narrower neck where the cylinder meets the body. It widens to four inches in diameter after that.
