UK Pumps?

I’m thinking about putting together a DIY pump, but I’m having difficulty finding a reasonably priced pump with a gauge similar to the kind guys are finding in the US (like the harbor freight tools pump). I’ve had no trouble finding a suitable cylinder, but have any UK folks here found a decent hand pump?

try doing a google search on ‘penis pumps with guage, and switch to the UK pages . Have a look round the sites there. Most are pretty awful and not much use to you, but there are a few with guages. It depends of course how much you think is reasonablee. though.

Yeah I’ve seen a couple for 40-50+ GBP, but it’s a bit out of my price range! I was hoping there might be a cheaper alternative I hadn’t found yet, the harbor freight one was only $30!

Don’t forget there will be freight charges if it comes from the States There also might be VAT charge Plus Customs. - Sometimes it happens sometimes not.

I have found a steel quality pump (I am in the UK too) - I broke the plastic one- All the ones I have found on adult toy sites were expensive or came as part of a kit. Look on Ebay.co.uk - it was called a (Gunson 77003) Vacuum Pump and I paid £24 + p & p which I thought was good price reasonable indeed. It was steel and had a pressure gauge as well. There were some that were being sold for £60 + so watch out ! But this one guy is a car tool company!

My experience is that pumping in warm water (I.e the bath) is better than air, but these pumps won’t handle water,and damage easily so you need a “reservoir”. It’s looks like a plastic cup which the pump fits on one end, and the cylinder on the other and the water is pumped into this, so it stays well away from the pump.

I have found a tool company who sells them (£6.50) I have ordered one today get it mid next week and will let this site know how I get on.

Perfect, thanks for the info man! I’ll scout around and see if I can find one at a decent price. I think I’ll most likely be pumping in air, I don’t have a usable bath in this house!

Have you found a UK supplier of good priced penis head (mushroom head) cylinders?

I have found a few on the adult toys section but not of any quality.& besides I don’t want to buy another pump!

I have not, I was hoping to just try using one of the aquarium gravel cleaners since they’re reasonably cheap. I’m not sure how well this will work in practice, but it seems like guys on here have had success with it.

Try EBAY for Sealey Vacuum tester and brake bleeding kit. It’s a brass and steel hand vacuum pump about £35. I use one with a cylinder from https://www.pen … enlarging.co.uk . You can buy male CPC cylinder connectors from the same place https://www.pen … enlarging.co.uk if you ask them.
