I’ve seen many vacuum air pumps, but the base method is the same right? I mean It’s just to suck the air out. So what’s the difference when some say this pump is better or that one is worse?

3: Can you add water inside a air pump cylinder to make it work like a Bath-mate?

Expansion question

Just curious if anyone knows why sometimes I’ll get great expansion after a pump session and sometimes doesn’t even take long to get huge and other times it’s like hardly any expansion?! Just curious if any experienced pumper knows?

It has a lot to do with if you start without warm up, or after. Also better expansion is achieved if you start at least slightly aroused, or even better, with a semi or full erection.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Heat might be reason, but there is something i noticed not so long ago and that might be related. I did only stretching, but up to 2-3 sessions daily for 15-60 minutes with short pump sessions on high pressure. Very randomly, i must say, but that let me notice after rest i can get very good and easy expansion. And the more i did stretching, the harder and smaller results i had next day. Sometimes i even felt it’s shrinked completely. So i think that might be related to rest and stressed/injured penis doesn’t have same elasticity. I’m going to take small break to see if that is true or not.

Great I think I did need a rest day of no stretching or pumping because I am getting great expansion after the rest probably just over worked

I have read countless threads and cannot seem to actually understand the technique used while pumping. Is the idea to pump to max/slightly over natural max and just leave it pumped for a certain period of time? Or pump to max then release/repeat?

You aren’t trying to pump to any specific size. You go by vacuum level. Go into the tube, pump until the gauge reads 3,4 or 5 hg, then stay at that vacuum for “X” amount of time.

I’m new to the whole process, so I can’t even begin to give any advice, but speaking from experience, if you aim for size you’re bound to get hurt. If you are using a tube with integrated measures along it’s length, it’s to track your progress and not necessarily a target to aim for. If you’re 7 inches and pump until you’re 8, it’s probably going to cause some damage. But if you’re pumping while respecting vacuum levels that are reasonable, you’re good to go. I’ve been respecting vacuum levels that are comfortable for me of 3Hg and slowly increasing length inside the tube until I reach a maximum of 10 mins. So far, so good!

I’m wondering if I did damage. My eq is crap. I pump till Im 9in in the tube. I do get to 8.5bp out of the tube, but I would describe that as 85% eq. It just looks weak to me.

As for the gains I have now.. Well I started pumping at about 8” length and 6” girth, I’m now at 8 3/4” length and about 6 1/2” in girth.

I have been using the bib hanger also, but I have been getting some nice lig pops inside the cylinder. The bib may have help with the length increase, but my girth is coming from the pump.

Put it this way.. 2 months ago I could put my hands around my penis when erect and the tips of my thumb and forefinger would just touch. Now after 2 months and I do the same, this is before my daily pump session, and there is a gap of about 1/2”.

8 inches before you started pumping and 6 inches in girth?

I am only 7 and a half and 5 and a half in girth and more than one woman has said It went in too deep.. And hit the pubic bone ( Which can cause great pain ).. I just bought a pump today and I am going to start a light pumping regimen.. When I get to 8 in length and 6 in girth I am quitting.. I live on this Road. I have been pumping for 10+ years and achieve 7” girth pretty easily. I try to maintain a 6” girth for the same reason and that is my SO has difficulty keeping her jaw that wide. I have to admit, seeing her lips fully stretched is my thing but it comes at a cost.

I’m 7.25” so not a long boy by any means and I also bottom out on her pubic bone. When I’m fully pumped I need to be careful not to bone bash too hard as I don’t like hurting her. It’s fun to be so thick but the reality is she enjoys it more when I’m not so girthy. I still pump to max and will occasionally pump into my 2.75” tube for crazy results but I’m careful to time it around when we have sex. She has made me realize that my pumping journey is mostly for my satisfaction and not so much hers.

Hello fellow pumpers, I have a question for those far more experienced than me

I made a DIY water pump with a vacuum meter (gauge), there is a small leak that trickles some air into the system, it is very very small, but enough so that in 1-2 minutes I lose some vacuum

I was wondering before I try to fix the leak,

My question is: if I would get the best results from a constant vacuum (no leaks), or if the variable vacuum going up and down several times per session would give me better results ?

I intend to use it as a bathmate, I already used this pump a couple of years ago (with no gauge) and gained 1,5cm in length, but almost no girth. I’m back at it trying to gain some more..
