what cylinder for homemade pump?

Any idea for a cylinder (tranparent as possible) to my homemade pump?

Cylinder sizing according to,LAPump

Girth —�—-> Cylinder Diameter
3.50 to 4.50* —> 1.50
4.75 to 5.25* —> 1.75
5.50 to 6.00* —> 2.00
6.25 to 6.75* —> 2.25
7.00 to 7.50* —> 2.50
7.75 to 8.25* —> 2.75

LeLuv offers reasonably priced cylinders. VelSeal by PumpToys with silicone “gasket” is most comfortable but could set you back $90 plus.

I didn’t agree with the cylinder sizes provided be LAPump and other pump suppliers so I made my own chart that give room for growth. The size charts by the pump suppliers in my opinion, are set on the small side so they can sell more cylinders as you quickly outgrow the size they initially recommend.

Sorry for providing improper citation. I know I saved an LPump sizing chart a number of years ago that looked like yours and I may have substituted your chart when I realized the LAPump sizing was off. I just checked the current LAPump chart and have to agree that the sizing is much too small.

The reality is that unless you just happen to have a found object that’s just the right size for your penis or you have fabrication skills and access to necessary tools, it’s gonna be easier and probably cheaper to buy commercially.

I made my own tube using raw materials sourced from an industrial supplier, but I have the tools and skill to make it a viable option. Even still, it didn’t cost me all that much less than if I’d bought a commercial tube.

The material of choice, if you’re still interested in DIY, is acrylic plastic.
