What sensations are right for the start?
Hey guys, I just bought today my first pump and did first session, 3x times 5 minute each.
Pump itself is fairly easy and simple one. But core question - what sensations shall I try to achieve?
I perform PE without pump for almost 3 years now, so kinda used to stretching and jelqing sensations.
The size of pump is not much greater than my penis, 16 cm of girth vs my 13.1 cm and 22 cm of length vs my 18.6 cm. If it matters…
So. today I created quite strong pressure and felt sometimes small pain in penis - is it ok?
Like shall I feel all time some kind of stretchy-itchy sensation and add pressure only when it ends?
Or is it better to remain in some comfort, non-itchy, state?
My primary aim here is penis growth, not getting ready for sex
