When to increase pressure

I’ve been working at -5 for about three weeks now. Daily sessions. When can I start increasing the pressure more? I feel like there is more volume and length to fill - but I don’t want all that liquid under my skin.

How long is your session ?

There are many guys on here that only do -5 inHg and have gained a lot from it. I can tell you from personal experience, I don’t believe you can work up to more vacuum and avoid edema or injury. You can do short burst of more vacuum, but it’s best to stay low.

I have been experimenting with short bursts of up to -15hg and sustaining -10 hg. I am not sure if the trama is worth it… I would seldom even breach -5hg full package pumping, but a well fitting cock tube is a different experience. I started these experiments after 2 years of experience and while have not sustained and serious injury, I would not recommend it to you at this point. Trauma means you went too far… A blister means a long break, so take it slow.

I’m a dedicated pumper. DJM1116 and Viking Guy are correct. Edema, blisters, bruising, busted blood vessels, none of them are worth whatever possible gain over doing it safely without those PI’s (physiological indicators).

There’s no need to increase vacuum. Increase time if it says it can handle it.

You can get the same engorgement as an extreme pump without all the pain. Add time slowly. Say you started with 2x10min sets per session. Next week, do 2x15min sets and see what happens. The next week, 2x20min, and so on. You’ll know when to back down, pretty instantly.

It may also make sense at some point to add another set. 3x20, 4x20. Your dick is the only thing that can tell you what’s right. Somebody else’s routine doesn’t mean a thing. You still need to tailor it to yourself.

Either way, you have to work up to it. After long breaks, I have to work up to where I previously was, just the same.

I just ordered a flexible sleeve to wear during my pumping session. This will hopefully compress and help me avoid injuries, and also prevent fluid building up. I also hope this light girth compression will give me more lenght to work on.
