Where can I get a quick connect?

I just finished doctoring up my Whisper 30. I am only running one side, and I have ~ 4.2 hq’s of vacuum.

I would like to get a quick connect for for my LA cylinder to connect it to the pump. Anyone know where to get them? I might try the drug store. I hate to pay $8 shipping for a $1 item.

Try ebay.

Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

Go to McMaster-Carr

The male quick disconnect is PN 5012k251 $1.86

The female quick disconnect is PN 5012k29 $9.23

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Thank You.

I ordered it. Just a few clicks of the mouse. Have you ordered from them before? They never told me what the shipping costs were going to be. They just said they would be added on.

I have ordered from them many times. They are by far the least expensive source for these connectors.

It would have been $6 shipping for just the one item, so I cancelled for now, and will spend some time looking for other stuff to include in my order to offset the cost of shipping. Even buying 2 connectors would make sense. I saw they have gauges and numerous other things that would interest pumpers.

My plan is to use the Whisper 30/60 with a digital timer. I will set the timer to go on and off at let’s say every 5 minutes. So I would get my 4.2 Hg’s for 5 minutes, and then when the timer shut off for 5 minutes, and the vacuum would slowly decrease just due to normal leakage, then the pump would come on for 5 minutes and go back to 4.2 Hg’s for 5 minutes. I think a person could keep this up for maybe an hour, but I would start at a half hour, and gradually work up. There would be replacement of blood every cycle. Meanwhile I could be reading, eating, talking on the phone, or doing stuff on the computer.

Now, I may have to add some sort of vacuum sensor, and maybe put the whole thing in some sort of box with a nice gauge, so I will wait to see what all I might have to order from Mcmaster to finish the project.

I am only running half of my Whisper 30/60 because other posts said that they didn’t get an increase vacuum running both sides. I took the parts out of the other side, and I am saving them. For now I think 4.2 Hg’s will be enough, but I may want more in the future, so I may try running both sides to see if I get the same results (isn’t that the definition of crazy).

Here are all of the PN’s I have collected from them:

Quick disconnect male fitting PN: 5012k251

Quick disconnect female fitting shut off valve PN: 5012k29

Clear plastic tubing PN: 53955k14

Gauge 2” dial PN: 3935k52

Polycarbonate cylinder material 2” ID, PN: 858885K46

Polycarbonate cylinder material 1.75” ID, PN: 8585k18

Thank you gprent!! This will save me some cash.

Other sites sell them for like $15 plus shipping. F@$% that! Thanks again man.

The standard fittings used by most pumping suppliers are made by the Colder Products Company (CPC). If you look closely at the fitting at the top of your pumping cylinder, it will usually say "CPC" on the metal tab. Amazon and a few other places have them online, but lately I’ve been getting mine from Fresh Water Systems in South Carolina. They’ve been cheaper than any other source. Prices were last checked June 21, 2018. Note that the way that these Colder parts are measured is strange, so the sizes may seem off. These part numbers, however, will fit standard pumping tubing.

The female one at the top of your cylinder is Colder #PMCD1002 (Coupler, Shutoff, In-Line, 1/8" Flow Coupler x 1/8" NPT Male). $5.32

You may want to add a ring washer to that connector. These are faucet washers, also called molded rubber “O” rings. The inside diameter is 3/8 inch and the outside diameter is 19/32. The wall size (the thickness) may vary but the ones I have now have a wall size of 7/64 inches. Ones that are thicker may not work. They’re available for a few cents at your local hardware store.

The male connector at the end of your tubing is Colder #PMC2204 (Tube Fitting, Insert, Straight Thru, In-Line, 1/8” Insert x 1/4" Barb). $1.11

The tubing is clear vinyl, 1/4” inside diameter x 3/8" outside diameter. Home improvement centers have this either by the roll or by the foot. This is typically about 50-75 cents/foot.

I’ve recently bought a pump from Leluv, but I didn’t order the quick connector. I’m in Italy and it’s very expensive to reorder just the connector, so I’ve searched an alternative and after some time I’ve found it on ebay.it.

Is this model (in the picture below) compatible with the Leluv pump, that has this kind of connector (Male to Male Quick-Release Fitting Vacuum Pump Cylinders Single or 2-P)?

Here is another option for you from Thickwall in the UK. You can get the male connector and tubing if you need it:

Thank you Gprent, but I’ve already seen it; same crazy price for Italy (4,50€ + 24€ for shipping ).
The one that I’ve found is at 4€ + 3,50€ for shipping.
It has Body Size 1/8 and tube ID 1/4”; it should work, isn’t it?

I bought a cylinder one size bigger. That one is from Size Matters.

Now the connection is different from the cylinder I am using.

Taking the coupler off the cylinder and putting it on the new cylinder doesn’t work either. The size is a fraction different.

Where can I order these parts?

So I am looking for the connector for the Size Matters that is on the blue cylinder so I can connect my pump (the red hose) to it. By the way, you can see the difference in the pictures.

Thanks in advance for your help.

The pics are not very good so I cant tell the difference in the female fittings on the two cylinders. Most if not all quick connect fittings I’ve used or seen are 1/8”, so if you say one of yours is slightly different, I am confused. If you took the two female fittings off of the cylinders and posted a pic of them side by side should help us better understand what you have.
