After a pumping session sometime last week I remember having some good post pump expansion with a rock hard erection (meaning, it was not because of fluid build up in the skin) and I noticed that it was mostly/only expansion from my two CC-chambers.

I have always thought that most people that get girth gains, get them from a enlarged CS-chamber since most veteran pumpers and clampers report that they have not gained much in width but lots in depth.

Well, could it be that most of this is because the CC-chambers expands and grow in depth?

The more I think about it, the more sense it makes.

Veteran pumpers, clampers or anyone that have gained in girth, what do you say?

At first I too was under the impression, from reading, that my girth gains would come mainly from the cs, but from experience I’ve learned girth gains come from the heart….. no wait the cc. Now I feel that my CC have both widened and thickened, my cs size hasn’t grown what so ever.

What was your main PE-method for girth gains?

I think that clamping has great potential for CS-gains. Drilla gained a fair amount of girth from clamping and it seemed from his pictures that it came mostly from CS-growth.

I actually just finished my pumping routine (3 x 20min at 5-6HG) and my post pump erection was definitely bigger because of CC-expansion in depth.

I never took a starting BPEL measurement but it must have been around 6.3” with a mid shaft erect girth of 5.3”. My current stats are 7.1” BPEL with a mid shaft erect girth of 5.3”. Not sensational, but gains are gains, right? :D Still going strong, will not stop until I reach my goal!

what do you do between sets?
I think light jelk ( as a massage ) and above all squeezes are the best thing for preparing the next set.

May I ask you how do you explain your no-gains in girth?

I put around 70% of my girth gains down to CS expansion, but having said that it may well be that the CCs were expanding in a way that pushed the CS outwards? I noticed that the CS was the first area to show improvement with CC expansion following, albeit at a slower and less dramatic rate.

I do some light jelqing between my sets.

I think that the reason I have never gained anything in girth is because I have never focused on it for long periods of time. Most of my PE-work has been in the length department. I might be one of the lucky people that have 3 layers of tunica?

Also, I have always been a fan of moderate PE. I have never had any real injuries and I want to keep my penis in top condition as long as I possibly can. Maybe I could have gained more if I had explored more advanced and strenuous PE-routines but that is out of the question for me.

I have also noticed that when I clamp, my CS and my glans expand allot and become rock hard (if I go for a intense set) but the CC-chambers do not get as rigid.

We need more girth gainers to chime in here!
